Flew in the day prior to the interview. Scheduled shuttle back to the campus to check into my hotel. Breakfast was provided in the morning followed by meeting in the lobby with the other interviewees, at which point we were met with an HR rep who gave us a guided tour throughout the campus. Fantastic facility, very clean rooms, amenities, extremely friendly folks from senior captains to custodial personnel, and Peggy at reception was one of the kindest women I've met! After the tour, we went into a classroom where we were given a presentation, followed by a Q&A with 2 captains and an FO. They pulled us in to interview individually, at which point I handed over my logbooks to the CA to review during the HR portion. (Pro Tip: If you don't know about Binders for your logbooks and documents - definitely use them!!! A couple of standard HR questions (TMAAT); Hit the buzzwords with your responses (Safety, CRM, ect.) and be sure to share eye contact - don't just give your...

Interview was a great experience and everyone was super inviting and friendly. The training center and hotel was incredibly nice as well and seems like a great place to train at! Process was exactly like everyone else stated. Started with some HR questions. (view the study guide of this website). Then moved onto more scenario based and technical questions. Overall was a great experience and they want you to... -

Very nice people! I had the phone screening 10 days before they flew me out to Indy. The morning of the in-person interview, we got a tour of the facilities and filled out a sheet confirming our total times. The interview itself was about 30 minutes. They started by asking questions, (view the study guide of this website). Then we got straight into HR. The HR Rep. asked me a few TMAAT questions... Next was the technical portion. This was basically just a route that Republic... -

Interview was exactly like other gouges, tour of facility and then hr was simple asked questions from here followed by technical which was all easy. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the pilots and recruiters. All questions came from the gouges, review weather as well as jepp charts, they were not looking to fail you and wanted to see you... -

Super easy experience. This gouge will prepare you ten fold. I got asked maybe 5 hr questions which all were on the list. My technical consisted of metar/taf, max holding speeds, what minimums were. Nothing too crazy, they want you to... -

Interview was a great experience. They give you a tour of the facilities which are the nicest Iâ??ve seen at a regional. They start with the interviews about an hour later calling you in 1 by 1 based on when your flight departs. Everyoneâ??s super nice. About 4-5 general HR questions, briefed a plate with a couple questions about msa and threats then systems about your own aircraft. My interviewer didnâ??t let me chose but rather went into random things he know about the Cessna and... -

They flew us up the night before and we stayed in their nice hotel. The interview started with a tour of the facilities and a HR pitch/benefits review. We then had a Q/A panel with 3 captains about bases, flying, and company details. Went down for a break and then started our interviews. The interview is with a Captain and a HR rep. We started off with documents and while the captain started looking through your logbook. HR asked questions, (view the study guide of this website).... -

Interview was a total of 30. Basically was a rapid-fire instrument checkride. The introduction was very friendly and I had an email sent to me with a METAR, TAF, and the ILS 15R into KBOS. HR questions lasted 15 minutes. Explained checkride busts and explained a time I had a disagreement with someone in the plane. Then talked about why I wanted Republic and what planes they flew. They threw in a bonus question and asked what airports do they have hangers at. After that the pilot started... -

Overall, interview was a very pleasant experience. This was the first interview Iâ??ve ever done. They flew us in the night prior and we stayed in their hotel on site. The next morning we were given breakfast and a campus tour. We were able to ask a couple captains questions without HR around. The interviews began next, followed by immediately being put on a shuttle and sent to the airport. The interview began with the HR portion. She asked multiple questions about why Republic, what got me... -

Similar experience to those already posted. Shuttle takes about 45 mins from the airport. Make sure you have the shuttle booking number to call from the email in case you arrive early or late and need to rebook the shuttle. Started around 8am, facilities tour and ask the pilots questions lasted for about an hour total. Then back to the hotel where they did interviews in order based on when people needed to leave. I was one of the last with a late flight home. Started by looking in logbooks,...
