Was put up in the Holiday Inn the day before the interview and flew in around 4pm the day prior. Hotel does have a shuttle just make sure to call when you land and they will give you an estimate as to how long of a wait.  Hotel does run a shuttle to the Mall of America as well. Shuttle to Sun Country runs on the 15 and 45 but you have to schedule it with them. They are not always running. My interview was at 12:00pm so I took the 11:15 shuttle which worked out nice being that the HQ was only 2 mins from the hotel. Was able to knock out Hogan before the interview was even supposed to begin. Deb was very... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

  1. Feb 27, 2024 Interview process is very similar to what everyone else says. I had the A.M slot. showed up a little early, filled out paperwork, took a photo and got fingerprinted, had a short presentation that you go through with the other interviewees, then did the computer test (no way to study for it, just concentrate and read the instructions carefully), then ended with the interview. Interviewers were very laid back but asked good questions. Honestly really enjoyed my interview experience at Sun... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Feb 22, 2024 Experience was awesome. I used lumosity to study for the COG test. They asked a few HR questions that are listed and for the technical study the form they give you. They asked me to brief a SID,STAR,TAF, and METAR. I found out a week later that I got hired. The interviewers were retired Delta pilots and were awesome to talk to. They loved to share... 3. Jan 30, 2024 Had a great interview experience here. I had the Same experience as everyone else had said. Had a presentation before the interview. Then had the Interview, it was about 45 minutes or so. Then the COG test was about 45 minutes as well. I had a great experience and hopefully get to join the team. Good luck to all, you’ll do... 4. Jan 30, 2024 I was contacted 3 weeks after updating my application. I was interviewed an additional 3 weeks after being contacted by the company. The interview was very laid-back. Everyone was very welcoming and I got a good impression of the various people that I met throughout the day. You will be asked to do COG test. You can’t study for it and it takes about 45 minutes. Focus on the task at hand and you will do well. You will be interviewed by a panel of two pilots. They will start by reviewing... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Jan 24, 2024 Interview was very calming. Everyone was super nice. They sat me down for a walk through of my resume followed by HR question. They only asked me 4. They were tell me about a time and what would you do if type of questions. The technical included a TAF and arrival and approach plate. They will send you the technical questions to study. They only asked me 3 technical questions including some questions on the plate. The COG test was the second part. No good way to prepare for it. Just... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Jan 09, 2024 Between a quick tour, introduction video, visit from chief pilot, cognitive test and interview, the whole process was about 2-3 hours. Interview was very conversational and laid back. There were quite a few TMAAT questions relating to both flying as well as non-flying. They asked about dealing with conflicts with coworkers, inflight emergencies, conflict resolution, etc. Very few technical... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Nov 14, 2023 The interview was very straightforward and just like everyone said. Know the material they send you and be able to brief an approach. Everyone was very friendly and wanted to talk to you and hear your story. You will arrive at the headquarters they will take your information you will fill out some paperwork and then go to either go to take a computer based test that you can’t study for just do your best. Then a panel of a few pilots for questions and answers. Overall great experience... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Nov 07, 2023 Interview questions are very similar to what is in the guide here. It felt like it played out in three parts. Questions about you, followed by what would you do in this scenario questions (read the study guide). The last part was the technical portion. "Brief this ILS for us, Read this TAF, what are the requirements for..." The interview panel itself were very relaxed and it felt more like a conversation between pilots and less like an interview. The cognative test was an... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Oct 17, 2023 Interview was just as others on here have explained it to be. Followed the gouge. Arrived 20 minutes early and started filling out paperwork and handed over copies of my documents per the email that was sent out prior to the interview. In the email was also a study guide from the company that covered all the technical questions. We then were taken into a conference room where we received a presentation about the company. The COO stopped in and introduced himself during this time as well as... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Oct 11, 2023 Overall a really good experience and everyone was friendly and laid back. Got there about 30 minutes early and filled out some paperwork before starting. I was the only one interviewing at the noon time slot. Started out with a presentation on the airline and then went to do the cognitive test. Lot of memory tests but overall was not too bad. After that I did the interview with two guys and they were very friendly. Technical portion was straight forward, just mostly questions about weather... Continue reading this interview experience
