Came in an hour early to get a brief tour, they want you to do well. They emphasize to relax and that getting the interview is the hard part. Started with tell me about yourself and asked about failed Checkrides and other background info. TMAAT questions. (view the study guide of this website). Slow down and be yourself, if you need to stop and think donâ??t be afraid to do so. Took a break then off to Technical, DEN to MSP. Asked me to list briefing items and brief company aborts.... -

Just as previously explained by many. Walked in and was met by security. They handed us rubber bands and stinky notes to put names on log books. We were then directed by security to the cafeteria, where would would wait to be met by CA/FO. Did a tour of the museum and then waited to meet our HR and pilot interviews. Introductions then 5TMAAT. Then 10 minute break and a 35-45 tech. Debrief using 7CRM or TEM models and why... -

Same experience as other everyone else has described. Very friendly, they go out of their way to make it low stress. Don't let your guard down! It's almost as if they make you feel like long lost friends and you can talk to them any way you like but don't fall for it: KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL! You can be nice but professional at the same time... always keep that in mind. One of my TMAAT questions caught me off guard and didn't have a planned response for. My experience was as described from other feedback on this page. I received the invite for the Hogan test, I believe you have 21 days to complete. Once that was done a day or so later I got an email with a list of dates and times for interviews. There is a few hotels across the street from the training center they give you to choose from, I believe they all have shuttles to the training center. Same as everybody else report on this site. Showed up 1 hour early, met with the 6 other candidates in the cafeteria (B-building). Left logbooks on a table for review. Tour of a small United/Continental museum. We were called one by one by an interview captain. In the small interview room were the captain and a lady from HR Asked to give a short intro of my professional career. Then 5 TMAAT questions. They took turns asking the questions, which were along the line suggested on this site.... -

I did my interview with two very polite and thoughtful ladies. They noticed I was nervous and helped by asking follow-up questions to fill in the gaps in my answers. I showed them my passion and love for aviation, and they could see that in the way I spoke, even though I scrambled the STAR format a bit. I managed to share my situations and outcomes, but I realized that using STAR really helps them. It saves time because they need to write their notes and reports, and if you deliver in STAR,... -

Same as the other experiences listed here, very nice people, put you at ease. My TMAAT questions were A time you made a positive change to an organization, A time you spoke harsh to someone, A time you were over focused and lost sight of the big picture, A time you didnâ??t know the outcome of a flight, A time you took a risk with your career. Pretty much same interview experience as everyone else. Asked about a time I made an error and what the result was, a time I made a change at my organization, a time I mentored someone. Technical was DEN-IAD. Asked about what I'd think about while taxing out and I see virga, asked about windshear signs and escape maneuver. Had a ya damper failure, went through QRH. I got there at 6:45 am, the interview was at 8. Went to the cafeteria, a Pilot met us there, he gave us a tour of the museum, We surrendered the logbooks, the interview pilot came to get us from a conference room where we were waiting. Very friendly environment, two people, a Pilot and a HR person. First the 4 to 5 minutes introduction, then 2 leadership TMAAT questions and 2 conflict solving. 10 minute water break, go back for the technical part, very straightforward, DEN SFO flight, yaw... -

Straight forward interview. They do a nice job putting you at ease.
