The overall process was exactly as previously described by others. I arrived one hour prior to the interview. After completing the identification process and receiving my badge, I met the other candidates in the cafeteria. Several United Airlines pilots were there, and I had the opportunity to meet and talk with them. After that, we toured the museum and attended a briefing before the interview process began. interview is just like described. TMAAT questions. Scenario was a fuel filter caution light, everything else was good decided to continue, then weather at destination. they are big on fuel planning. how long will you hold? descent planning 3 to 1 rule. make sure to know all united performance numbers and 13 briefing items. at the end debrief which one of the few CRM skills you thought could improve. ends with the why United...

Welcomed by United Captain, toured the facility then went to interview waiting room. Was interviewed by Captain and HR representative with another United pilot monitoring. 5 TMAAT questions followed by the TSA portion. Both were an hour long with a 5 min break in between. I had my United Airlines pilot interview today and it was a really positive experience overall. We were picked up from the hotel in the company van and brought to the training center. After checking in and dropping our bags, we waited in the cafeteria. A very friendly pilot gave the three of us a tour of the facility and the small museum, which helped calm the nerves. Attended interview, showed up dropped off logbooks, stored bags/luggage in their baggage storage room and then was escorted to cafeteria. Once the pilot recruiter came to get the 4 of us, did the tour and went to wait in a classroom for the interviewers. Interview was 5 TMATs, supposedly based off your hogan results. Showed up an hour and 15 minutes prior to the interview. The front desk will bind your logbooks together. You then meet the rest of the interviewees in the cafeteria and hang out for about 30 minutes. A pilot in uniform will come get you. Youâ??ll drop off your logbooks then take a tour of their museum and be able to ask questions.
