Walked in and hung out with the entire group until taken on a simple tour. After tour went to a room and was explained all about United and questions answered. One by one they came and called our names. Interview was an HR person and Pilot. Both were extremely kind and welcoming. Started with TMAAT QUESTIONSâ?¦ They are all on here. Technical for me was flying Denver to DCA and at 35,000 got a master caution DOOR light. Followed QRH and continued. All fuel and calculations were given at...

Shuttle from Renaissance at 06:30. Interviewer giving the morning tour happened to be on the bus. Got signed in before everyone else. Makes the morning more chill. The main facilitator gave us a small tour of the place and of the small museum. Super cool pilot nerd stuff to talk about. Taken to a briefing room and given the rundown of the days/mornings events. Wait to get pulled in by your pilot interviewer. No phones, pens or papers (resumes) taken in with you. Introductions and then you...

Got there 90 minutes before the interview. A CA came down and greeted us. He gave us a short tour and then took us to a room where he explained how the interview process will go and tips on how to succeed. As others have said, theyâ??re trying to help you relax. The HR TMAAT portion is with an HR rep and a FO or CA. They were cordial and very nice as I sat down. During the questions theyâ??re pretty stoic so you canâ??t really gauge how youâ??re doing. Theyâ??re mostly heads down and...

They create a welcoming environment for the most part. My interview was actually a bit tougher than I expected, and I got some hard questions. Definitely spend some time reviewing the TMAAT questions here, particularly the ones that donâ??t pertain to flying. As far as the technical itâ??s exactly as described here as well. Be sure to review the simple things like speed restrictions and...

Very kind professional environment. As others have mentioned you start with a tour of the building. At the end of the tour you will wait in a room until the pilot who is Interviewing you comes and gets you. You will sit with that pilot and an HR person in a small room. 5 TMAAT Followed by a short break and then the technical portion. I walked out not feeling great about my answers but was pleasantly surprised by a CJO. Smile, be yourself, relax. Youâ??ll do...

Short intro/tour, they come and individually ask for each of us to start the interview. 5 TMAAT questions, most of which were negative based for me, failed to prepare, saw someone break a rule, etc. Short break, then technical portion. Told me I was in my current airplane, however then asked some questions about rejected takeoffs that prompted discussion about how that particular scenario wouldn't actually happen in my airplane, but tried to discuss my decision making thought process on if...

Everyone was wonderful and welcoming from the flight in to even the cafeteria staff. Very well run company, professional interactions, and happy employees. No need to repeat the same things already stated on here. The questions are varied and random, 5 TMAAT, then some technical with a scenario, 30 mins or so in each section. I was done well before others so was worried I kept it too short. I did have to take about 30 seconds to start answering one of the TMAAT as it was not something I had...

  11. I like the interview gouges that told people's stats, what questions they were asked, and if they were hired or not.
