Application sent, Email to take Hogan assessment 1 week later. Used a Binder service. From Hogan assessment completion to schedule interview date was 1 week. Choices were 2 months out. The initial process listed on this website is spot on. (arrive early, get badge, provide logbooks, wait for a pilot to come and get you in cafeteria, visit the museum, etc) Interviewers tell you about themselves, then you tell them about yourself. I had to explain a check ride failure and a warning... -

A brief tour was given followed by a 10min chat in the candidate waiting room from a Captain that was guiding us and one of the managers of training who just gave a few reminders of what to expect and what format they prefer our answers in. I was brought across the hall to a room and we exchanged introductions and what to expect for the "HR" portion. Asked as part of my introduction to explain how I got into aviation and am where I am at now - followed by TMAAT questions: (view the study... -

Upon arrival I was issued a name tag and dropped off my luggage in the baggage room. They brought us to the cafeteria where we all waited for about 30 minutes. This was a good opportunity to shake off some of the nerves. Our pilot guide met with our group and took us on a tour of the facility. We saw the pilot store and museum and then we were brought into a classroom. He told us what we could expect for the interview and reminded us to be as descriptive as possible so that the interviewers... -

The HR portion was more difficult than I expected. Theyâ??re using some kind of software to generate/select the questions and some of them have multiple parts and are more complex than anticipated. A couple of them I didnâ??t feel I had a story ready for so I had to think on my toes, which is not fun. So the best advice I can give is go in with as many stories loaded as possible and be able to use them to cover multiple questions/scenarios. The HR portion probably took 30 mins, the... -

You are required to show up 1 hour before your scheduled interview. They have the applicants seated in the cafeteria. A pilot will come take everyone to the museum and then to the waiting room to explain how the process goes. Then your interviewer (a pilot) will come pick you up to take you to the interview room. You will be asked to remove your phone and smart watch device off you & placed in airplane mode. There will be an HR representative in the room as well. They will introduce... -
