Application sent,  Email to take Hogan assessment 1 week later.  Used a Binder service. From Hogan assessment completion to schedule interview date was 1 week. Choices were 2 months out. The initial process listed on this website is spot on. Upon arrival I was issued a name tag and dropped off my luggage in the baggage room. They brought us to the cafeteria where we all waited for about 30 minutes. The HR portion was more difficult than I expected. Theyâ??re using some kind of software to generate/select the questions and some of them have multiple parts and are more complex than anticipated. A couple of them I didnâ??t feel I had a story ready for so I had to think on my toes, which is not fun. You are required to show up 1 hour before your scheduled interview. They have the applicants seated in the cafeteria. As lots of others have said, arrive 1 hour before scheduled time. Drop off logbooks and wait in the cafeteria. A pilot came in and got all 8 of us and gave us a short tour.
