Super friendly. Everyone came up and wished us good luck. Tell me about a time questions, (view the study guide of this website).  The whole thing was kind of a blur.  Security incident at HOU had to divert. Given three options. Told him my thought process in landing at DFW even though it had higher winds. Overall super positive experience. Felt super prepared and there were no...

Welcomed by United Captain, toured the facility then went to interview waiting room. Was interviewed by Captain and HR representative with another United pilot monitoring. 5 TMAAT questions followed by the TSA portion. Both were an hour long with a 5 min break in between. Heard back on the Tuesday of next...

Overall, the process was structured, professional, and consistent with whatâ??s been reported recently. The day began with introductions and a brief overview of the flow. The interview consisted of two main portions: a technical/scenario-based evaluation and an HR/behavioral discussion. Technical / Scenario Portion Candidates were given a realistic line-oriented scenario and asked to operate as the Captain. The emphasis was not on trivia, but on how you think, prioritize, and communicate....

I had my United Airlines pilot interview today and it was a really positive experience overall. We were picked up from the hotel in the company van and brought to the training center. After checking in and dropping our bags, we waited in the cafeteria. A very friendly pilot gave the three of us a tour of the facility and the small museum, which helped calm the nerves. We were then taken to a waiting room and called in one by one. My interview panel consisted of Nixon (HR) and Aaron (Pilot)....

Attended interview, showed up dropped off logbooks, stored bags/luggage in their baggage storage room and then was escorted to cafeteria. Once the pilot recruiter came to get the 4 of us, did the tour and went to wait in a classroom for the interviewers. Interview was 5 TMATs, supposedly based off your hogan results. They all seem to trend the same way, however. Questions were TMAT (view the study guide of this website, including the Sim/Scenario...

Showed up an hour and 15 minutes prior to the interview. The front desk will bind your logbooks together. You then meet the rest of the interviewees in the cafeteria and hang out for about 30 minutes. A pilot in uniform will come get you. Youâ??ll drop off your logbooks then take a tour of their museum and be able to ask questions. Then you go to a classroom for another 15-20 minutes to ask more questions, use the restroom, and get some water. One by one other pilots will come grab people...

Very chill environment, it started by collecting logbooks from all applicants for review. This was followed by a tour of the museum and the facility before being led to a waiting room. You were then pulled for your interview by a pilot. You introduced yourself and your background. Then were given 5 TMATTs followed by the technical scenario which was just like others have wrote where you are a captain of a Part 121 flight you have to chair...

Overall it was a wonderful experience. There were 3 of us interviewing and we all met in the cafeteria at least an hour before the interview. Around 0915, someone in uniform came to grab us, take our logbooks, and show us around. He was extremely friendly and helped to calm the nerves. After, we went to a waiting room and got called one by one by our interviewers. Mine were Aaron(pilot) and Nixon(HR) 5 TMAAT TMAAT you made a quick decision without realizing the consequences it would present...

The interview was quick. Once there walked us through a small history room with some models and old flight attendant uniforms. Two parts. First was personal and TMAAT (be careful and mention professional standards; they did not want simple post-flight cockpit debriefs, which is what I did every time), and second was a departure briefing. Lastly, they asked why United. I feel they wanted a heavy DEI statement on why United was the best. Logbooks were copied, but never opened or discussed. The...

This was an interview for Aviate through one of the regionals. I donâ??t know whoâ??s getting real interviews with no TPIC time. Interview was exactly as described. TMAY then 5 TMATâ??s. My scenario flight was from LAX - SFO. 3 diversion options. Diverted to Sacramento. Furthest away but VFR. Ended with â??Why...
