  2. Nov 16, 2021 Once you arrive, you meet with the liaison for your school. They will scan in your documents and bring all of your training records and logbooks to the interviewers. It is important to note that the liaison cannot interview you and has no bearing on whether or not you are hired. I would still have a few questions prepared for them to make small talk with as you wait to be escorted into the room. Overall, the two interviewers were extremely kind and very laid back. It was not a stressful... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Nov 15, 2021 The whole process was very straight forward. I met with a liaison who gathered all my documentation and took pictures of everything. We then just waited and talked to each other until the pilots who were interviewing me were ready. One pilot came to escort me to the interview room and offered me a water. There were two very nice pilots in the room interviewing me. They started off with some basic HR questions and wanted to learn who I was as a person. Then we moved into some randomly... 6. Nov 04, 2021 It was a pretty laid-back interview. No real tough questions. I showed up about 30 minutes early and the Propel liasion took my documents and uploaded them to their server. When I met the interviewers they introduced themselves, then questions.   The interview was more of a conversation. (view the study guide of this website),   and then had some questions asking what I would do in certain situations. The interview was a little over an hour long. They kept all of the flight... 7. Nov 03, 2021 I arrived 10 min early so they could gather all of my documents. I talked briefly with the Propel team while they asked for my training records, certificates and ID. They proceeded to take photos of these and upload them to their server to review. After this I was asked to wait outside until they were ready to interview me. It was very casual, 2 Delta pilots asked me all of my questions. They started by asking any questions I had about experience in my logbook. This includes things like... 9. This Gouge is for the Delta Propel program for colleges and part 141 schools. I didn’t see one on here, so I thought I’d write one up. It’s a multiple step process. If you pass that, you get an interview The interview is as follows: You come in at least 15 min before and fill out paper work. Make sure logbook is tabbed and...
