Was in the afternoon group starting at 1. Got there early and waited in the lobby. At around 12:45 the recruiters came out and took us back to a breakroom. Very relaxed interview with a large group of candidates. They made us comfortable downstairs first and took us upstairs one by one, after running a logbook review privately. Got to Frontier headquarters at 7:30 for an 8 am interview. The team was SO friendly and let us know that they wanted us to do well in the interview. They let us know that they have CJOs for all of us, meaning if we interviewed well all of us would be hired. I sat down with 1 HR and 1 Captain, they made it a very comfortable setting and low stress environment. The first thing we discussed was my logbook and the few questions they had.
