Got the phone interview.  CP and DO.  Normal questions, HR.  Technical had to breif an approach, LDA into Rifle, Co.   Few questions on approach chart.  Lighting, mda, faf.  Week later had sim ride.  A gauge of IFR skills.  NDB appraoch to missed then hold to ILS.  Apa for ILS, not sure ndb.  Not bad.  Very nice people at the company.  No pressure during interview.  Ask current pay rates (low).  Also they do have training...   7. Overall a good experience. Seems as though the people at Key Lime are positive and interested in pilots. I didn\'t find out why I didn\'t get the job, but was told via email the following day--pretty nice for such a quick response. So the interview started out a bit behind schedule, but they are pretty busy people. Interviews take place on mondays. The oral portion was 100% HR/personal.   8. Mainly as above gouges. Also asked about what I look for in a company, how does Key Lime fit with those items. What makes a good leader. Also a couple questions on approach plates such as symbols, obstacles (bold one is the highest obstacle in region), glide slope intercept altitude.   9. Overall experience was pleasant. The interview was 100% HR. All the questions are posted. Key Lime does require a 15 month training contract valued at $10,000 which is not prorated. They also require $250 for uniforms up front and require you to have a cell phone. The simulator evaluation is not difficult but be ready for a single engine ILS and a partial panel NDB. Here\'s something I didn\'t find out until the interview - guess I should\'ve pressed the secretary for more particulars: For the Navajo pilots - they take their 8 hour rest period while at an outlying station. So you leave Denver Intl. at 6:00AM and take freight out to somewhere in Nebraska, \"rest\" for 8-10 hours, then come back \"home\" to Denver where you\'ll overnight from 10pm-5am.
