The interview started with the usual HR questions. Bill asked general HR type questions. Then he asked me about myself.   Next we got into some technical questions. He didn\\\'t ask anything about aircraft systems.   Then he got an approach chart PHNY VOR RW3 and asked me to identify many symbols on it including the maltese cross, lightning bolt, black triangles, etc. And asked if the chart was current (it wasn\'t).... 1. Apr 07, 2022 I was able to do the interview via Zoom and it went very well. They explained a lot about the job initially and then had me ask some questions about the first officer position and the company, so yes read a lot of the gauge questions and be prepared but also be prepared to ask some questions about the company/job. It was a simple back and forth conversation and then he transitioned to the interview and asked me some basic instrument questions so be sure to up to date on your instrument... 2. Mar 29, 2022 It was a simple phone interview. It was more of a conversation than anything. Asked a few basic HR questions and then offered the... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Sep 27, 2021 The interview consisted mainly of HR questions. A lot of it was a breakdown of my flight time and the standard questions about my previous training/work experience. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. After the interview portion was done, she allowed me to ask whatever questions I had and took the time to give me a really good break down of the training timeline as well as what they expect from their new hire pilots. She was very enthusiastic and it really helped to loosen up the... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Aug 09, 2021 It was mainly an HR interview. They ask about what you know about the company, ask about failures, and ask why you would be a good fit. Few to no technical questions. The mock questions on here were really helpful. After that, the job, training, and pay were all discussed and I was offered the job. So glad to get the... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Jul 20, 2021 Best interview I have ever had. They called and right from the get go they were extremely enthusiastic. First thing that was asked about were my hours and a general break down of them. Next we’re mostly HR and personality questions. Things like long term goals and if I was eligible for a restricted ATP. Very straightforward... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. The interview was mostly just asking HR type questions. If you go over the questions on this study guide you should be fine. She asked about my hours and how I got them. She specifically asked for last hours in the last 30 & 90 days so try to calculate that before hand. My biggest piece of advice is to show that you are excited to be there and you really want the job. There are thousands of applicants but not very many openings so just show you are grateful. After asking me all those... Continue reading this interview experience

Best site ever if you’re looking for a pilot position. Watching the trends with each applicant getting hired (or not) was an education in and of itself. The guides are spot on. It’s a one stop shop for preparation.
