Meet and greet event. VP of ops is a fantastic person, very charismatic and inspiring. He was meant for that place. You wait around for your name to be called, once you are you go to a HR person and they ask a few TMAAT's. Captain disagreement and worst emergency you ever had. Then after you sit around and you get asked almost the same questions but from a pilot now. They will go a little technical and ask company specific procedures. They will tell you on the spot if yes or...

Large banquet style gathering. There were about 60 applicants. Checkin, show your pilot creds, received your name badge with a table number assigned. Each table had 6 or 7 pilots. Nice presentation on the company in the morning. Everyone was super nice. Four new 777s arriving beginning Spring 2026. They began calling us for the HR interview 3 at a time. It was a sloooow process for those of us that weren't called in the morning. But they had a few of their instructor pilots making the rounds...

Very chilled interview only based on your experience and couple of questions on how you manage stress and also your suitability for the job. I had no Tech questions. I had, as expected a few HR questions, (view the study guide of this website). It's important to know what type of operation and roster they will hire you for so you can show them you are the right candidate. Best of...

Flew in the day before into MCO. They didn't provide airfare or hotel. Once there, I noticed it was about 40 other people there aswell. They did provide a warm greeting and refreshments for breakfast. There was HR panel, Maintenance panel and Chief Pilot there, aswell as 3 current line pilots. They gave us about a 2 hrs long debrief on company, the future of the company, and future aircrafts to be online. After, since it was so many people that attended, they told us we all wouldn't be able...

Interview was via teams and was scheduled for 30 minutes. There was an HR lady, Chief pilot Assistant Chief pilot and Director of Flight Training. All in all it was a very relaxed and nice experience. The HR lady asked only 3 Questions,(view the study guide of this website). Then chief pilot asked what area I need to improve myself. That was it regarding questions to me. There were no technical questions. After that they explained everything about the company, salary benefits etc. Asked me...

Interview was very causal, mostly about CRM and "tell me about a situation" questions. The HR person asked how I would feel flying with a very junior and relatively inexperienced Captain. Answered that I would be fine as an FO, and be happy sharing my experience if asked. Also that the Captain is the Captain, unless they are going to kill me or do something very stupid. There were two people, the HR person and a Training Manager Pilot. There were some pilot technical...

The interview was via Microsoft Meetings at 1430 two days ago. Present was the lady from HR and the director of training . They asked to tell me a brief history of my flying career. The HR lady asked questions about CRM and to give her examples of how I have used it. Pretty easy question . She turned it over to the Director of Training and he had no questions. She then told me about the mission of the airline , the schedule and some of the benefits. The interview was shorter than the time...
