The HR person asked how I would feel flying with a very junior and relatively inexperienced Captain. Answered that I would be fine as an FO, and be happy sharing my experience if asked. The HR lady asked questions about CRM and to give her examples of how I have used it. Pretty easy question . She turned it over to the Director of Training and he had no questions.
