The video interview was pretty standard. All the Yes/No Qs. Asked about how I build in customer service each day/ TMAAT you gave good customer service... I can't remember which one of those questions it was, but I had the same answer for both. Also asked how do I prepare for a flight the night before... things you'll find on the study guide. I wore a suit and made the best impression I could. Interviewer said it was important to exercise good emotional intelligence with the Owners. Be very dialed in when it comes to understanding people and 'reading the room'. You can demonstrate this on the video call as you interact with the interviewer. I think this part of the interview is very important because... Most people who are...

Same experience as others. First phone screening with Tanner. How did I get into aviation. Asked what each company value meant to me. Times Ive had to stand my ground, had a disagreement with another pilot, what are some non negotiables in a good copilot. Why Netjets. Lasted about 15 minutes. Got an email 3 days later with the... -

Basic initial online screening. Went over times, previous experience, why NetJets. With HR person, nothing technical. A few Tell Me About A Time questions (TMAAT). Very interested in seeing emphasis on safety and customer service. Basically said that they are looking for 2500-3000 hours again with exceptions being made for prior experience in their... -

HR interview screen was quick and simple. Wide range of TMAAT questions, all of which were listed here on the website. I think the major deciding factor in my rejection was that I am current 121, and if I wanted to work for NetJets I should try a 91 or 135 job first. Good luck to everyone... -

The interview was relaxed and described as other interviewees mentioned such as "Tell me about yourself" and some TMAT questions. Followed by a couple of yes/no questions and FO's salary and benefits. In the end, I was told that I will receive their response within two weeks. Good luck... -

After my application and resume submission, it took 1 day for them to reach out to schedule Teams Interview #1. First interview is with a pilot recruiter scheduled for 30 mins. The recruiter covered: 3 TMAT questions, (view the study guide of this website). DOT questions; and 10 mins at the end for me to ask my own questions. The nature of this interview was to get a feel for me and how I can speak on my prior experience in a nutshell. Being specific, but concise, is the key here. It... -

NetJets has a new interview scheme instituted last month. You do the HR Teams interview (same questions/format as before), if you pass you do another interview with a management pilot/another HR person (this is the new part), if you pass you go to the in-person interview (same as before). Teams Interview In Person Interview: Thanks, but no thanks, was about a week ago. Teams Interview #1 I wore a suit, made sure I had good lighting, cleared everyone else off my wi-fi, and... -

First virtual interview was like other people have said. Various TMAAT questions followed by DOT questions. The next interview was with the union rep. Asked merit questions like what is a non negotiable for you in peoples behavior and how have you gone above and beyond for customers. In person was very relaxed. Started with the sim. Steep turns, approach, passenger request to return to the airport for missing bag. Make sure you call ops first then approach to get a clearance. Rest of the... -

The first zoom interview was with a pilot recruiter. Most questions were about my experience from my resume and typical HR questions. I got a handful of TMAAT questions about a time my morals were challenged and a time I had a crew member conflict. This interview was about 30 minutes. I heard back about scheduling the second round within a couple of days. The second interview was with a pilot manager over zoom. The interview was scheduled for 50 minutes, if I remember correctly. The tone of... -

Interview went well got asked about tell me about your self why netjets why not airlines. They went over the core values of the company and how it ties into you being a professional pilot. They wanted to know about how many hours you have flying vs not flying which most people don’t put that in there log book they just put the total time. Overall pretty laid back interview over the teams meeting was about 15 minutes not the full...
