Then we went through a taxi diagram and a STAR and he just asked me what different symbols meant and other info about those charts. Asked what the purpose of a SID/STAR is (reduce pilot workload) and questions about if ATC gave you instructions that differed from the STAR you were on, what would you follow for altitude/airspeed restrictions/lateral guidance. Followed this with an ILS plate and asked me to brief it but keep it 1-1.5 mins as if you were in the airplane and flying it. Then just got asked a ton of different scenarios with that plate to include symbology, how to fly the approach, the missed approach and holding speeds/times at different altitudes and entry type, calculating a VDP and what that means, plus what the FAF is for the ILS versus the LOC approach. I was also asked about RVSM flight levels and the electrical system of the aircraft I currently fly.     I applied cadet program for PSA as a senior because I almost have 1500 Hours. I applied the cadet program when I just got over 1000 hours. If you prepared the cadet interview, those are questions are enough to prepare for everything.     Study the material they send you, the questions may not be the exact approach, SIDs, STARs, and taxi diagrams that they send, use them to get used to Jepp plates if you aren’t already. If you study the questions here and learn the 121 rules, you’ll be just fine, ask your mentor too to review with you if you have one. Know systems of current airplane as well.     My senior cadet interview was this month. It was virtual and it was held over Teams. I highly recommend wearing a suit even if it's virtual, making sure the sound and audio is great (they seemed to appreciate this).     After applying it took about 4 weeks to receive an email to schedule a phone screening. The phone screening consisted of going over all off my hours, making sure I had a valid passport, FCC, medical, etc and then at the end of the call we scheduled the technical interview for 5 days later.
