Remember to wear a suit and tie, that's what everyone was wearing. After the presentation, I had an hour-long break. Following the break, I had an interview with the chief... 1. Sep 11, 2023 The gouge for XOJet and Red Wing Aviation are right on point. Phone Interview: I was called for a phone interview within a week. It was your typical questions about yourself and experience and verifying hours. All the questions are on the study guide. Overall, don’t hide your emotions or fake a personality you think they want, be who you are. They are trying to see if you’ll be someone they want to fly with for 15 days at a time. At the end of the phone interview I had a few tech... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Jul 08, 2023 I found the questions here to be right on target. It's a great site and definitely worth the investment. Although it might not appear very legitimate at first glance, rest assured that the information provided is of high quality. I would like to mention something to potential candidates seeking employment with this organization: They maintain a high level of professionalism and will quickly notice if you haven't prepared adequately. Getting a job with this company is a direct reflection of... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Jun 20, 2023 Amazing and very friendly. Be sure to read the study guide. Be yourself and understand that this is a career job and not a stepping stone. Interviewers are there to see that you really want to be in corporate flying and they will know if you are not genuine. 3part interview , Tell me about yourself, TMAAT,TECHNICAL, candidate... 4. May 05, 2023 Follow the gauge. Spoke about the company and explain about the environment. I was asked. Tell me about yourself, what can you bring to the company, why not part 121, why do do want to leave your current job, what's are your goals, know what is a Mel, convective sigmet, RVR, customer service know these and use the gauge an your all... 5. Mar 03, 2023 The interview was absolutely as prescribed from other gouges. If preparation is with what's online and have well versed scenario based questions, all will be fine. Additionally, if an answer isn't known, be truthful and say "I don't know" don't try to waffle an answer. The interviewers are professionals and have heard it all before. The process took about 50mins via a zoom call. There were four people in the interview, three management pilots and one lady for HR. Though nervous... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Feb 21, 2023 Got through the first interview - the questions on here were spot on. I had a second interview scheduled. Before the second interview I was called and informed they are short on captains and my interview was canceled. I was told to advise when I'm closer to 1500 hours. I spoke with a recent new hired FO. He had gone through training and type rating. He was about three months out for his IOE due to lack of training captains. I asked him about his 12 month contract and he said there was a 12... 7. Feb 01, 2023 The phone interview was scheduled a few days after I submitted my application. Around a 30 minute call with basic get to know you questions, flight experience/hours then she threw in a few technical at the end (RVSM, V1, RVR). I moved on to the next stage where you sit through a 1 hour presentation about vista (those meetings happen on Tuesdays). Very well put together and seems like a great company to work for. My individual interview was the next day with the chief pilot of XO and HR.... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Jan 31, 2023 Same experience as most. HR presentation that morning. My interview was at 1600. Mostly CRM, threat management, and personality questions. TMAAT question.  Study the gouge there weren’t many technical questions. The interview only lasted 30 minutes not sure if that is good or... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Jan 24, 2023 Applied the last month of the year, was invited to do a phone interview 2 weeks later. Completed that in early part of this year. Few basic questions, most from the RWA study guide on here. Full zoom interview about 2 weeks ago. First was the Vista presentation, then the individual interview later in the day. Most questions were in the study guide.  They told me they'd get back to me within a week, but it actually took them 2 weeks to give me an update. It seems they intend to offer me... 10. Jan 18, 2023 No surprise questions if you study the guidance from this web. Who you are, how soon can you start, how do you and your family feel about the 15/13 schedule. Why Red Wing? Your strength and weakness. Then some basic instrument questions like holding time. How far should you be away from thunderstorm. Seem that they are now merging all the vista company in operations, because the HR asked several times if I accept to fly for another Global Vista... Continue reading this interview experience
