Read Page 1 ... response to one person. I was asked why I want to fly for Republic, why I think it's a good fit for me, as well as the scenario of your CA developing cyanosis from Hypoxia on a flight and how you'd handle it as an FO (check on him, put on your 02, put on his, check pressurization system and emergency descent from there). I was also asked what it means to me to be an FO - again reinforce CRM, safety, also the position of learning from the CA and the rest of the crew and personnel in the company. After this the CA began the technical portion - super straight forward. Read a few remarks on a METAR, a TAF, then asked if an alternate was needed based on our ETA. I initially messed this up after I missed a FM line where ceilings required an alternate, but the CA had some grace with me and gave me an opportunity to correct myself and all was well. Also asked what if we had 3 alternates filed (then you'd need fuel to dest, furthest alternate, plus 45 mins at normal cruise airspeed). Showed me...

Everything was consistent with what I have read on this website. Upon being flown in, they shuttle you to the hotel where you stay. There is an iron and everything to dewrinkle anything that may have wrinkled during travel by the way. Morning of your interview, enjoy the breakfast. It's quality and beats almost any hotel I have stayed at. You'll want to be in the lobby early. It serves as a good time to meet the other candidates and introduce yourselves to one another. A few minutes past... -

Very laid back! 4/5 HR Questions and 4ish technical questions. Asked a few things about jepp plates, study some complicated METARs, TAF, RVSM. They said 6-8 Months for a class... -

We were told to arrive in the lobby between 7:30 and 8:00. At 08:00 one of the recruitment team members came and introduced themselves. After the introduction we were given a tour of the facility. We got to see the study rooms, classrooms, sims, and the cafeteria. After we completed a tour we were given a brief introduction and walk through of the pay structure, a little bit about Republic, and then a talk with the pilots. There were 4 pilots there, one of them introduced himself and then... -

The process is the same as the comments, a telephone interview, then I was invited to a face-to-face interview. The day before the interview I was re-positioned in IND. The day of the interview began with a tour of the facilities and then they took us to a room where HR made their presentation followed by a brief talk between pilots, then we moved on to the individual part where they called each one separately. In my case there was an HR person and 2 pilots. HR only asked me the following:... -

I received a call early this year after applying in the fall. The phone screening was about 15 minutes and consisted of questions regarding my logbook totals, interest in Republic, and checkride failures. Interview was scheduled for this month. Republic will fly you down to their corporate HQ which has a company hotel adjoined. You will receive your travel details a few days before your interview date. The airline tickets are space positive and will be booked round-trip from the departure... -

Overall, it was a great experience. The company makes you feel valued and welcomed immediately. We met downstairs at 7:30 a.m., where I connected with the other interviewees while we waited for the captains to arrive. HR gave us a campus tour that lasted about 30 minutes, which included a brief presentation about the company and an opportunity to ask the captains questions. When it came time for the interview, they handed out timesheets to complete and called candidates one by one based on... -

Overall I had an awesome interview experience. Republic makes you feel like you are part of the team from the moment you step on the shuttle to head to the Brickyard Hotel. The interview day starts with a tour of the new HQ which is super impressive. This is followed by a presentation and then a Q&A with the pilots who will be conducting the interviews. The interview itself was about 20-25 minutes and really straightforward. I got asked questions, (view the study guide of this website).... -

The interview was very friendly as everyone else has said. They initially call for a phone screening and this is more crucial than what they lead you to believe they started to and the conversation/screening and asked if I had any questions. I had a couple that I wanted to ask them and they liked my questions and my interests in the company so they offered me an interview date. I do not believe I would've got the interview if I did not ask these questions. The interview is very...
