HR asked the basic questions like "Why Aviation" and "Why republic" and checkride failures, she also gave a CRM scenario of a captain continuing an approach after reaching minimums and not seeing the runway, what would you do as FO, even if he continued after you called GA. That was mostly it for HR. The Captain talked a bit about weather, started...

We first went on a tour of the facility. Friendly interview process. Sat through a short presentation and Q&A session. Then broke off for short interview. I had 2 HR reps and a pilot that I interviewed with. They made it very comfortable and...

Interview process was exactly as described on here. Facilities were very nice, staff was super nice. Knew I would like to work for the company as soon as I walked into the hotel. The captains conducting the interview were very friendly, same with the HR staff conducting the interviews. No gotcha questions. Why you want to work at Republic, tell me about any checkride failures, what makes a good FO. Technical was briefing an approach plate, do I need an alternate, read a METAR/TAF. My TAF had...

Interview and experience was a carbon copy of everyone else's experiences. Impressive facility and welcoming staff. HR portion was straight forward, they appreciated honest and well-worded answers. When they ask about a negative situation (i.e., bad decision while flying, not getting along with another pilot, etc.) make sure you finish by highlighting your takeaways and how it improved you as a pilot. For the logbook review, if you need any flight hours explained (military flying, PDP,...

Just like the rest of the folks here say, my interview followed the exact timeline as everyone else’s. Flown in the day prior (Positive space), shuttled from airport to the Hotel, and had time to explore the nearby area before returning to my room to study a bit more and make sure everything was prepared. Next morning, a group of us sat and talked around 7:30-8:00 when our HR rep showed up and gave us a tour of the building and training facility. The campus was fantastic and I knew it...

The Interview was in line with the study guide provided on here. I initially received an email that HR wanted to set up a 10 minute phone call to review your hours, check ride failures etc.. They sent me out to their facility in IND for the HR and Technical interview. Facility was amazing, breakfast was included and they provided a $50 gift card for any additional food. We had a tour and Q&A's with an FO and Captain. To follow we went in one by one to interview with a captain and HR...

The overall experience was fantastic! First arrived at the hotel after the shuttle picked us up from the airport. The hotel and training facility are truly lovely and the staff was wonderful! The next morning began with a tour of the training facility and some Q&A with the interviewing FO and CPT. After which we one at a time were walked in for our interviews with someone from HR and a Pilot. The questions began with scenario departing from Indianapolis and into Chicago. How do we...

My experience followed what other's before said. Flew out the day before, a shuttle picked a group of us up from the airport at noon. About a 30 minute drive to the hotel. It's a really nice new hotel that only interviewees and individuals in training can use. Free breakfast in the AM. Meet up in the lobby around 0730 with the other applicates. A pilot will meet you and chat for a bit then will take you to the training center building. Q&A sess for about 30 minutes, show you the building...

Presentation, tour, then interview. Mostly based on this study guide. Half HR half technical. They will pull up weather info and help chart and question about...

Everyone’s experience on here was identical to mine. Used this study guide & felt very prepared. Very impressive campus, friendly staff, fun experience overall. Was given an offer right after the interview concluded, some others had to wait on a review board depending on prior experience. Study this gouge & you’ll be fine — technical questions, brief a Jepp plate (don’t spend time reading frequencies), scenario questions, HR questions. No more than 30 mins for...

Overall great experience from the start. Flew me out on American Airlines the day prior. People at the training facility and hotel were all super warm and welcoming. Knew it was a place I'd love to work from the moment of walking in the door. Stayed the night at the in house hotel which is fantastic! The morning started off with a tour of the facilities and a presentation of company benefits followed by a Q/A with the three captains that do the technical portion of the interview. You then go...
