Interview and experience was a carbon copy of everyone else's experiences. Impressive facility and welcoming staff. HR portion was straight forward, they appreciated honest and well-worded answers. When they ask about a negative situation (i.e., bad decision while flying, not getting along with another pilot, etc.) make sure you finish by highlighting your takeaways and how it improved you as a pilot. Flown in the day prior (Positive space), shuttled from airport to the Hotel, and had time to explore the nearby area before returning to my room to study a bit more and make sure everything was prepared. The Interview was in line with the study guide provided on here. I initially received an email that HR wanted to set up a 10 minute phone call to review your hours, check ride failures etc.. My experience followed what other's before said. Flew out the day before, a shuttle picked a group of us up from the airport at noon. About a 30 minute drive to the hotel.
