Read Page 1 ... response to one person. I was asked why I want to fly for Republic, why I think it's a good fit for me, as well as the scenario of your CA developing cyanosis from Hypoxia on a flight and how you'd handle it as an FO (check on him, put on your 02, put on his, check pressurization system and emergency descent from there). I was also asked what it means to me to be an FO - again reinforce CRM, safety, also the position of learning from the CA and the rest of the crew and personnel in the company. After this the CA began the technical portion - super straight forward. Read a few remarks on a METAR, a TAF, then asked if an alternate was needed based on our ETA. I initially messed this up after I missed a FM line where ceilings required an alternate, but the CA had some grace with me and gave me an opportunity to correct myself and all was well. Also asked what if we had 3 alternates filed (then you'd need fuel to dest, furthest alternate, plus 45 mins at normal cruise airspeed). Showed me...

Interview was exactly like other gouges, tour of facility and then hr was simple asked questions from here followed by technical which was all easy. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the pilots and recruiters. All questions came from the gouges, review weather as well as jepp charts, they were not looking to fail you and wanted to see you... -

Super easy experience. This gouge will prepare you ten fold. I got asked maybe 5 hr questions which all were on the list. My technical consisted of metar/taf, max holding speeds, what minimums were. Nothing too crazy, they want you to... -

Interview was a great experience. They give you a tour of the facilities which are the nicest Iâ??ve seen at a regional. They start with the interviews about an hour later calling you in 1 by 1 based on when your flight departs. Everyoneâ??s super nice. About 4-5 general HR questions, briefed a plate with a couple questions about msa and threats then systems about your own aircraft. My interviewer didnâ??t let me chose but rather went into random things he know about the Cessna and... -

Overall, interview was a very pleasant experience. This was the first interview Iâ??ve ever done. They flew us in the night prior and we stayed in their hotel on site. The next morning we were given breakfast and a campus tour. We were able to ask a couple captains questions without HR around. The interviews began next, followed by immediately being put on a shuttle and sent to the airport. The interview began with the HR portion. She asked multiple questions about why Republic, what got me... -

Similar experience to those already posted. Shuttle takes about 45 mins from the airport. Make sure you have the shuttle booking number to call from the email in case you arrive early or late and need to rebook the shuttle. Started around 8am, facilities tour and ask the pilots questions lasted for about an hour total. Then back to the hotel where they did interviews in order based on when people needed to leave. I was one of the last with a late flight home. Started by looking in logbooks,... -

Interview process is still as described in previous interviews. You will be flown to Indianapolis under positive space. A shuttle will be arranged for you to the hotel. Upon arriving you will check and and have the rest of your arrival day to study or relax. The next morning you are asked to arrive between 0745-0800 in the lobby with the other candidates. From there an HR rep will retrieve you and take you on a facilities tour. At the end of the tour, you will be sat in a classroom for a... -

Similar to prior interviews listed. Make sure to have contact number for Shuttle bus if arriving later than expected of the departure time for the shuttle. I would recommend arriving early in the lobby the day of the interview. I arrived at about 0730 and then started at 0800 for the tour of the facilities. After the tour, It was a Q&A panel of 3 captains. They made us felt at ease and made the experience very relaxing. They took us back to the hotel for interviews. Before that, they... -

My experience was similar to previous posts. Flew in the day prior. Republic puts you up at their Brickyard Hotel adjacent to their training facility and corporate headquarters (still under construction). 7:45am met in the hotel lobby (complimentary breakfast offered). 8am an HR rep gives the group a tour of the training facility - newly constructed, everything is super nice - followed by an informational session with HR and current pilots. Halfway through the HR rep leaves and you can ask... -

The process is very similar to what everyone else described. I arrived a day early and was picked up by the company shuttle along with one FA and two pilots. The training facility and hotel is very nice. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Met with the other candidates morning of in the lobby and was met by one of the captains and HR who conducted half of the interviews. The captain was very friendly and tried to put us all at ease. If you've made it to the interview portion they want to... -

Overall, the interview was straightforward and aligned with what others have said and what's on the study guide. I flew out the day prior and stayed overnight in their very nice hotel. We met in the lobby with the other interviewees at 07:45. From there we got a tour of their training building which was clean and modern. After that, there was a presentation and a Q and A. We then had to fill out a sheet with our flight times so come prepared with all your totals that you might need. The...
