HR asked the basic questions like "Why Aviation" and "Why republic" and checkride failures, she also gave a CRM scenario of a captain continuing an approach after reaching minimums and not seeing the runway, what would you do as FO, even if he continued after you called GA. That was mostly it for HR. The Captain talked a bit about weather, started...

Very nice people, very good experience. They made you feel welcome. Same experience as everyone else. Interview was about 20 mins. Was asked HR type questions, and others,  (view the study guide of this website).  Brief a Jepp Plate. What are the advantages of a swept back wing? Decode Raw...

They will fly you in the night before and get you a room in their own Brickyard hotel. The hotel was fantastic and there are healthy vending options if you get in late. Free breakfast in the morning as well. We started the morning by meeting at 0745 and began the tour at 0800. The tour was great, you can really tell that they invest heavily in their pilots and a safety culture. After the tour we watched a presentation about the company and had a Q+A session with two captains and a first...

Heard back after applying on their website within a few weeks. Phone screen was low threat and was flown out a few weeks later for the interview. The stay and the tour was great. If you have flight cancellations or changes, the travel office number they provide was very easy to work with. The interview started after the tour and the Pilot Q&A, which was a great chance to ask questions. There were 7 of us. HR started with the "tell me about yourself" followed by TMAAT questions,...

Overall this website over-prepared me for this interview and it went very smoothly. About 30 mins total, with HR questions first, followed by technical questions, then an opportunity for me to ask my own questions to them. Standard questions, (view the study guide of this website).  Technical portion was straight forward. Pilot asked me how I assessed my airworthiness for flight (ran over documents and IMSAFE). Asked what I would do if captain was at mins and continuing when field wasnt...

The interview went pretty much exactly as expected, if you study the gouges on here you will be fine. No questions on systems mostly TMAAT, briefing JEPP plates, reading a TAF/ do you need an alternate, advanced aerodynamics, and why you want to work there. They are super welcoming and it's clear that they want to invest in their pilots, overall was a great...

Flew me up there for the in person and had an incredible experience. From the moment you walk in to their world class hotel you are greeted with smiles. The folks at the front desk were so friendly and made you feel at ease regarding your upcoming interview. The hotel amenities are top notch and they provide a complimentary breakfast buffet. They have pool tables, ping pong tables and video game systems. Many food options within walking distance or you can utilize the shuttle to go...

Interview started with introductions. There was one lady from HR and a Chicago based pilot. Both were very nice and helpful answering any of my questions. After introductions HR asked very basic “can you work in the U.S” questions. After that there were some TMAAT questions. Study guide preps you for all of it. Next the Pilot pulled up a Jepp app plate and a METAR+TAF (everything was from KBOS). He told me to read the METAR and then asked, given x time, would we need an alternate...

Republic flew me out to Indianapolis, Indiana, where I stayed at their on-site hotel and training center the night before the interview. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that professionalism and courtesy were highly valued—everyone I interacted with, from the shuttle driver to the front desk and staff at the training center, was polite and welcoming, and I made sure to return that same level of respect and professionalism throughout. The day of the interview began with a tour...

  11. The information I got from the website was valuable in studying for my interview. My interview was almost directly from the study guides.

Everything that was asked in the interview was provided on this website. I had two airline interviews and used this website to prepare for both of them.
