•DAY 1 We started off the day at 8am, we got divided into 3 groups (A, B and C). Each group went in a different room where we were asked to leave relevant documents on the table for the assessors to check them while we attended the company presentation which lasted until around 9:30am. Then comes the 60 question test (75% of it being ATPL and the rest basic maths, physics and company knowledge) which in my opinion was pretty fair albeit not easy. After the test, we waited for our...

Wizz Air Debrief I arrived at Training Centre near Gatwick and met the other cadets. We all gathered in the canteen area and started talking and getting to know each other. The atmosphere was friendly and professional. Eventually, one of the recruiters came down and retrieved us, after we went up stairs to a class room. We met the other two recruiters who were very friendly, and we sat down and began stage 1 with the company presentation. Pay attention to the company presentation! As it...

The interview was in a nice atmosphere but you need to know your stuff. Bring your logbooks, they need 5 years worth of flying not 5 calendar years if you have a gap you need 5 calendar years plus the time of the gap. The simulator was strait forward normal SID and some small failures that made you decide to return. Use FORDEC/DODAR or any other CRM decision tool to handle the Situation. Use good CRM. Overall for me it was a very pleasant experience, but be prepared for the...

Atpl+ basic math+ a320 systems or procedures knowledge. not very difficult. 3rd. Group interview. They only know what they are looking for. And that was the end for me and the half of the pilots. from 20, about 10 including Captains were kicked out. I wish you all the best of...
