Feb 28, 2024 The interview was in a nice atmosphere but you need to know your stuff. Bring your logbooks, they need 5 years worth of flying not 5 calendar years if you have a gap you need 5 calendar years plus the time of the gap. The simulator was strait forward normal SID and some small failures that made you decide to return. Use FORDEC/DODAR or any other CRM decision tool to handle the Situation. Use good CRM. Overall for me it was a very pleasant experience, but be prepared for the... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Interview sample 9

A very rigorous process. Starts with ATPL/company knowledge multiple choice test. This is followed by a group exercise (pretty standard). Next, if successful so far, comes the HR/technical interview which for me was 5% HR, 95% technical interrogation. In my case, as a cadet, it was ATPL knowledge (mainly in depth PoF) however I understand the guys with type ratings were quizzed in depth about current aircraft. The following morning (at 5am!) was the sim check. (view the Sim/Scenario section... Continue reading this interview experience

I applied as an NTR captain. We were shown a presentation then NO ATPL test after that. We were given a group task and weren't able to solve it, but that isn't the objective. Then on to the interview.  Lots of questions about systems. Day two was the simulator evaluation. (view the study guide and sim/scenario section of this... Continue reading this interview experience
