Dec 05, 2022 DAY 1 PHASE 1 Test on a computer including company info, maths and ATPL (basic questions). After that we performed the group exercise were we had to find the best solution to repair an aircraft and give them what day and time would be the aircraft ready. About 50% of candidates were not successful. PHASE 2 Personal interview including HR questions like preferred base, why Wizzair, current job. Oct 25, 2022 It was a very straight forward interview. 1st they asked for licenceses, pilot papers, etc, and made an Introductory power point talking about bases, destinations and salaries. 2nd As i was typed. Atpl+ basic math+ a320 systems or procedures knowledge. not very difficult. 3rd. Group interview. They only know what they are looking for. First part: 60 atpl questions in 60 minutes. Divided in more or less: 10% company questions (most east/nord ecc destination). 40% math and 50% random atpl questions. Severa General navigation questions such as "along a meridinan of longitude 1 degree is equal to: ..." or "in a twin prop engine aircraft with counterclockwise engines which one is the critical engine?". A very rigorous process. Starts with ATPL/company knowledge multiple choice test. This is followed by a group exercise (pretty standard). Next, if successful so far, comes the HR/technical interview which for me was 5% HR, 95% technical interrogation. In my case, as a cadet, it was ATPL knowledge (mainly in depth PoF) however I understand the guys with type ratings were quizzed in depth about current aircraft.
