It was very pleasant, and I got scheduled for an interview a week later. Between the phone screening and interview, you also have to complete a simple 45-question quiz on VFR/IFR operations.   6. Dec 07, 2023 Very great experience. First HR person calls you with information about the company, and then you immediately schedule an interview with them for next week. Before the interview you must complete an online written exam. 45 minutes for 40 questions. basic JEPP chart, IAS flap speed definition, 91 rules, ETC. brush up on general IFR and VFR knowledge if rusty.   7. Nov 02, 2023 It was the same process as the other interviews. Phone interview with recruiter. Then set up a date a week later for the virtual interview. I also completed the knowledge test a few days before the virtual interview. This interview was with the chief pilot, director of ops and another FO. However, only the chief pilot asked questions.
