A lot of CRM questions, situational questions, completed the pre hire written , basic instrument questions no trick questions. Very relaxed. Represented by the Teamsters Union.   3. Jul 19, 2021 HR asked all the qualifying questions in our first conversation and also scheduled an interview with the chief pilot among a panel of 4. Since it was a virtual interview, I could only see the 2 pilots asking question. The HR rep spoke in the beginning and end but they kept cutting out. He gave me a good overview of the position and asked me a bunch of typical HR questions (why this company, where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc.). At the end he scheduled an online interview.   10. After submitting a application I was contacted for a phone screen interview and then was scheduled an online interview 2 weeks later. I was sent the PIRA forms and was asked to complete a technical assessment which was 40 multiple choice questions, mostly general IFR and VFR flight rule questions and interpreting Jepp approach plates.
