Submitted my application and resume on Silver website and was contacted for an HR phone screening the next day. Phone screening was a basic resume review and they told me about the company. Very great experience. First HR person calls you with information about the company, and then you immediately schedule an interview with them for next week. Before the interview you must complete an online written exam. 45 minutes for 40 questions. basic JEPP chart, IAS flap speed definition, 91 rules, ETC. brush up on general IFR and VFR knowledge if rusty. It was the same process as the other interviews. Phone interview with recruiter. Then set up a date a week later for the virtual interview. I also completed the knowledge test a few days before the virtual interview. This interview was with the chief pilot, director of ops and another FO. However, only the chief pilot asked questions.
