  2. Jun 18, 2021 First I got a call from HR asking if I was available for a phone interview right away. He gave me a good overview of the position and asked me a bunch of typical HR questions (why this company, where do you see yourself in 5 years, etc.). At the end he scheduled an online interview. The online interview a few days later was pretty relaxed and friendly, there was a chief pilot, another pilot and a guy from the union.
