Dec 19, 2022 I had a video conference interview with the chief pilot. He was very nice and easy to talk to. The questioning was very relaxed and more of a conversation. Most of the questions referred to flight times and what type of aircrafts I had experience in. The obvious question were worst experience, strengths, proudest moment, work history... About a week later I did another interview on teams. No technical questions just HR and TMAAT. Only 1 person from HR was Present but usually a captain will join you in the... Nov 11, 2022 Very pleasant experience. The video interview was about 20 minutes long, and I was asked nothing but HR questions as the pilot couldn't make it. It was your typical TMMAT and WWYD questions, I mentioned CRM, and they questioned me on what CRM was and how I utilize it as a CFI. There was a 40-question technical test before the interview. It would help if you had a good grasp of IFR stuff since you only have 40 minutes for the... Continue reading this interview experience

Nov 10, 2022 It was a pleasant experience. The interview was spot on with the study guide. The interview was conducted via Teams with two gentlemen from HR as the pilot couldn't attend. They asked me the typical TMMAT and WWYD questions about CRM and how I use it as a CFI. There was a 40-minute, 40-question technical test before the interview, so I suggest you brush up on IFR... Nov 03, 2022 Applied online and got an email the following day for a phone screening. Talked to the HR rep that afternoon, just asked about hours, if I had ATP the written done, and then told me about the benefits and pay. We scheduled a teams interview for the following week. She sent over paperwork to fill out prior and an online test to take. Basic questions (runway lights, holding speeds, symbols on jepp charts, alternate requirements.) 40 questions in 40 minutes. The teams interview was just with... Continue reading this interview experience

Nov 01, 2022 Very nice people, they make the interview very relaxed. No tricky questions, just be honest. The first interview consists on reviewing your application, your aviation experience and the company benefits. The second interview was with the chief pilot, who asked different questions related to your career plan, what would you do if...? What was your best/worst experience as a pilot? And in general how would you describe yourself? But everybody makes you feel... Continue reading this interview experience

Sep 29, 2022 Just as all the other interviews are written. HR Phone Call: Started off as a phone call from an HR Recruiter to review hours, qualifications, medical, current job, they're mainly just checking that you are who you say you are on your resume. This is also a good time to update them on any hours gained between submitting the apps to phone call. In my case i had about 50+ hours so It put me over that R-ATP requirement. Online Computer Work: Your recruiter will then email you a list of... Continue reading this interview experience
