Two high ups gave presentation about company and invited questions from applicants. The interviews were pretty straightforward, most of the focus was on measuring personality and fit for company.   2. 2.  (Nov 23, 2024) Great experience, really short experience though. I arrived the day before and was put up in hotel. The morning a shuttle can take you over. (very short ride) When greeted, all 9 of us sat down and was greeted by Dan & Robert. (very relaxed two guys with much experience.) They talk about the company history, the past, presence and future of the aircraft and direction of the company for about 30 mins, then about how training is going to go for another 20ish min.     • Stay calm in crisis, easy going with different people but speaking up when necessary

    • If you know people here make sure you tell them. They like to see the connection you have to ABX through other current company pilots.

    • I told a story about a crew member who had a reputation for being difficult to fly with for many different reasons. I talked about how I truly think misunderstandings in the flight deck are normally centered around communication differences. I told them how we sat down after day one of flying to discuss what was the best way for us to enjoy our trip and safely operate everyday and it led to a truly enjoyable trip after a little face to face communication.

    • I really am excited about the opportunity and flying the 767. I love the 16 to 17 days on and 14 days off schedule. My kids are grown, I am single and ready to travel. Excited to see the world and retire at this company.

    • Having new challenges and devising ways to overcome those challenges.
