1. (Jun 12, 2025) Everything in here is extremely accurate and was exactly how my day went. Started off the day around 6am being picked up at the hotel. Went to HQ and we were pretty early. They checked all our documents and took our breakfast orders. We were then taken upstairs to a conference room where we sat for a little bit then got a presentation on the company. From there they took us about two at a time for our interviews. Only 5 HR questions and about 40 technical comprising mostly of Jep Charts.... Continue reading this interview experience..

2. (Aug 26, 2025) Interview was pretty much exactly what was on this website. Make sure you read the FO study guide as well. I was asked about KBOS airport diagram, KORD SID, random Enroute symbols, STAR - using 3-1 rule, MORA, Speed and altitude restrictions etc. Then they had me read 3-4 things off an approach plate. Was also asked a couple rapid fire IFR/Commercial stuff we as CFI's should all know. One thing that threw me off was the KBOS 04L and 09 departure end, I did not know if it was EMAS or a Blast... Study Guide Questions for Your Envoy Air Cadet Program Interview:
- 1. (Sep 03, 2025) What are your personal fuel minimum requirements ?
- 2. (Sep 15, 2025) What would be the biggest challenge transitioning to Envoy?
- I think the hardest part of transitioning to Envoy will be getting used to flying a jet—especially the increased speed, complexity, and automation. That being said, though, at Utah State we have a jet training program with brand new 737 simulators that I have been training on and will be instructing on this fall. I feel this has given me a strong head start by introducing important concepts like Crew Resource Management (CRM), using clearly defined Pilot Flying and Pilot Monitoring roles, and even learning about things such as constant-angle non-precision approaches (CANPA). So while the jet transition will be challenging, I see it as an exciting step—and thanks to my training, I believe I’ll be able to hit the ground running and stay ahead of the curve.
