1. (Oct 14, 2025) Truly a great experience. Fly out the day prior, meet downstairs at the Hotel before 9 for logbook and passport drop off, and at 9 they start a briefing about the company. After the briefing they'll have everyone hang out while they call people back one at a time. You'll interview with two company reps, one handling HR and one handling technical. Most of the current interview feedback here is totally accurate, there were no surprises. I got basic tell me about yourself and why Piedmont... Continue reading this interview experience..

2. (Jul 08, 2025) 99% similarity to the other reviews and questions posted. When you arrive downstairs they'll pull everyone into the conference room and begin their company presentation. After that, they had everyone wait in the side lobby and started calling people in for their actual interview. They pull in order of who has to fly out first. The HR portion was first. Very easy going conversation about previous work experience, lifestyle, future plans, etc. Following that, the technical portion was shot for... Continue reading this interview experience..
Study Guide Questions for Your Piedmont Airlines Interview:
- 1. (May 30, 2025) Tell about a time you had a conflict in the aircraft.
- Luckily, I haven't had many conflicts in an aircraft. The only conflict I can think of is this one time when I was flying a King Air. I had dropped some passengers off and was on the way back home when some weather popped up. I decided that I was going to stop at a different airport and my copilot did not agree with that because "he wanted to get home ASAP." Since I was in charge, we stopped. When on the ground, I went over why I made that decision and he understood after seeing that the weather had gotten even worse. We spent a couple hours on the ground and grabbed some food and then got the plane back home so the trip was now a success.

- I got a late start in my aviation career and didn't start flying until my late 20's. I started at a local part 61 flight school and obtained my private certificate. My family then purchased a Cessna 172 and I have since used it to get my instrument rating and build flight time. I also went to another part 61 school to get my commercial multi in a BE-76 Duchess. Once I obtained my CMEL I got on as a co-pilot at a local 135 charter operator. I have been doing that as well as time building in our person plane to build my time.
- I have been working my way up and studying everything I can. I love everything that has to do with Aviation since I was a kid.
