HR portion was straight forward- asked about any failures, what made me choose Republic, (view the study guide of this website). All of them I gave a detailed answer and gave at least one example. 2. (Oct 09, 2025) Super kind people. It felt very professional while also feeling laid back. They made you feel comfortable. My interview was about 25-30 mins so super short. HR was about 10 mins and the technical was the remainder. The HR was super straight forward: what got you into aviation, any checkride failures, any accidents or incidents, why Republic. 6. (Apr 02, 2025) If ATC advises you to use the best forward speed, can you go faster than 250kts below 10,000ft?

7. (Oct 10, 2025) Explain a time where you had a disagreement with someone you shared the cockpit with (CFI, crew, etc).

Several times while flying jumpers it was requested that I let them jump through clouds. I simply let them know that the FARs prohibited that and I wasn't going to allow unsafe activity, not to mention jeopardize my certificate.

8. (Nov 12, 2025) Do you have any checkride failures to include oral, written, or stage checks?

Airplanes, Crew Bases, Safety Record
The biggest reason for me is quality of life - I find that the pilot domicile locations are a perfect match for me, the company has a good safety record, I have heard good things about the ways the pilots are treated, and they seem to enjoy the aircraft they fly.
