Interview Experiences From Surf Air Pilot Interviews :

  1. 1.  The interview was with Southern Airways. The interview was short and sweet. There were a couple of questions that came out of FIA written. ( Lift/Drag Max was one answer) They offered me Surf Mobility upon successful (HR) interview with their management. I had previous experience with customers first-hand with my previous job.   2. 2.  There is a HR phone screen, an in person panel interview and a sim eval. The HR phone screen is just general tell me about yourself, total time, why you like advanced, air etc. After that phone call, there is an online test that is very long and you probably won't be able to finish.
