I attended an Event conference and did a M&G with Endeavor. 10 days later, I received a cold call to schedule a phone interview. The phone Interview was 2 days later. Phone Interview Questions: Working backwards, tell me about your jobs; why Endeavor; what was your favorite aircraft? Offered an interview and scheduled for it 10 days later. Received an email with a list of documents required: copies of all Certs needed, tab log books, etc, and interview expectations. Received a second email the following week with travel info, flight booked to/from, hotel at Mall of America, shuttle plans, and a Lyft code for 3 rides. Call the Endeavor number to ask questions. FO is on phone duty to answer questions if they are not in an interview. Printed my electronic logbook and took it to bind for $6. Tabbed out the printed logbook and my originals. Required documents were copied and put in a nice presentation folder (do not bind these). I flew into MSP, called the hotel for a shuttle, and checked in. Flew up to KMSP the day before and they had a hotel for me. Make sure to eat breakfast in the morning at the Hotel because they do not provide food. Shuttle is prescheduled at the hotel. Interview went really well. I answered every answer with complete confidence. My interviewees were excellent and we got along really well. The only question I got a little mixed up on was unknown precipitation type on the metar remarks section. I was honestly surprised I did not get the job offer. It was a great experience. Flew out from the airport of my choice the day before. The hotel they put you up is great and there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the headquarters where they will interview you. They start out by collecting your documents (logbooks, certificates, and identification documents) and give you a presentation on the company such as pay, bases, benefits etc. That presentation lasts about 30 mins. Asked many questions, (view the study guide of this website). Asked about de-ice/anti ice on â??jet wings.â? Then a Scenario question. Couple of TMAT questions. Given TAF and METARs with very clear flight times and our alternates needed. Applied the 1-2-3 rules and felt really good about these. Was pretty straight forward. Overall, it was an amazing experience--really great people. They make you feel right at home the entire time. They flew me up to MSP the night before (nothing crazy--easy flight up, took hotel shuttle, grabbed dinner and did some last-minute studying). Make sure to follow all the directions that come with the emails (I got emails from two separate recruiters--there was a difference between the two on what documents I needed to bring). Flew out to MSP day before interview. Morning of took the hotel shuttle to the Endeavor building and waited for someone from HR to come out and get me. Two pilots went over a power point then I gave them my documents and logbooks and I was brought back to the lobby to wait for the pilots and HR to be ready to interview. Super laid back interview. Began with introductions and moved into HR questions. After HR questions we moved into the technical portion. The technical is broken down into two parts; rapid fire questions (10-15) where they want immediate answers and then an approach chart briefing 9your choice of FAA/JEPP) followed by questions from the approach chart. After submitting the app, I received a call out of the blue from a recruiter that said congrats you've been selected for a phone interview.
