Nov 29, 2023 I interviewed at my university as part of the STEP program. The HR rep and captain reviewed my documents and logbooks while I waited outside. It started with them asking me how I came to apply at Endeavor and to walk them through my training record, explaining any failures. After, they proceeded with TMAAT questions; tmaat when you disappointed a customer; tmaat when there was conflict in the workplace and you went out of your way to help resolve it. Nov 28, 2023 Gouge and everything is as advertised here. Logbook review, why this company, check-ride failures, tell me about yourself, technicals about approach plates, weather minimums. A mini instrument checkride. Do yourself a favor and move away from government charts. The sooner, the better so that when they turn an ipad around and ask "whats this" you are not thinking for a moment. They expect you to know things at this... Nov 22, 2023 Study gouge is mostly what you could expect however, also spend time and study more complex approaches. VOR 13L/R at JFK questions included vectored below the mandatory altitudes, doing the approach if visual but inop lead in lights types of questions. Also had a strangely worded question regarding the wind conditions that may make wake turbulence vortices worse. Along with what is the importance of the electrical... Nov 09, 2023 I interviewed with Endeavor as part of STEP at my Part 141 University. After submitting my Airline Apps, it took less than two days to receive an invitation to interview when they visited campus roughly one week later. The interview started with a logbook review, in which they took all my documents/logbooks and later called me into the room. No questions were asked about this. The interview then began with 3 or so HR questions that were very easy (Why Endeavor?, TMAAT that you had to work... Continue reading this interview experience

Nov 09, 2023 I interviewed as part of the STEP program. The interview was exactly as this website says. They took my logbooks and then called me in 10 minutes later. HR, scenario, and technical. HR: "What or who got you into aviation? Why Endeavor? Tell us a time you had to work to meet a customer's expectation. Talk us through your training as well as any failures." Scenario-based was simple. "The airport you plan to land at reports closed, what do you do? " Maybe one... Continue reading this interview experience

Nov 09, 2023 The interview stated with an HR rep and a Captain checking my log book and other various records that I was asked to bring in to my interview. After they reviewed all of my documents they started out with introductions and how they both came to work where they are at. Once we went back and forth with the introductions, they started with the HR questions. First asking me about a time when I had to show a positive image, shared a story of an interview and first impressions. Then a few more... Continue reading this interview experience

Nov 07, 2023 I did my interview at my part 141 university and I am apart of STEP. My Interview was specifically conducted at the FBO directly across from my flight school. I walked in with my logbook and required documents. An EDV first officer met with me and took my logbooks (tabbed). After reviewing them, I walked in. There was an HR representative, a first officer, and a captain. The HR representative briefed me with how the interview was going to go. They told me that it was divided into some... Nov 01, 2023 Overall, it was a very comfortable experience that was similar to most of these other posts. They want you to arrive at least 30 minutes early and sign in with security who was incredibly nice and contributed to the feeling that you are welcome here. I arrived, checked in with her, and was shortly met by a representative who walked me to a waiting area where there were a few other candidates. Not too long after waiting I was met by the HR rep who walked me back to a room where an FO was... Continue reading this interview experience

Oct 24, 2023 Interview was pretty much the same as described by others. Flew in the day before. Stayed at a hotel about 10 minutes from the interview location. Signed in and met by HR rep. They took copies of all your required documents and logbooks. There were 3 of us and they called us in 1 at a time by departure flight time. Interview was about 45 minutes with HR, CA, and FO. HR asked several rapid fire knowledge questions from a list which is the same as this study guide. She then asked a couple of... Continue reading this interview experience
