First off I applied online and did not hear back for a while, I called my buddy at the airline to see what the deal was and turns out they never received my app, I applied on their website and that worked. (applied feb 5, phone interview happened mar 5), now for the interview, they flew me up the night before and put me in a hotel like everyone else, that was cool I got to see the mall of America for the first time (worth it if you have time), following morning got on the shuttle to Endeavor with another applicant and waited in the... 1. Aug 22, 2023 Overall a positive experience! Flew me in the day before. Got on the shuttle to the building at 7:15. We were met by an HR rep after waiting about 15 minutes. He took us to a meeting room where we filled out some paperwork. Then they took all the paperwork we brough (IDs, licenses, etc). A pilot representative gave us a presentation and encouraged questions. We were taken back to the lobby and waited for the interview. Interview wasn’t too complicated. Be prepared to talk about your... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Jul 31, 2023 Endeavor was really nice and professional, they sent me a ticket to Minneapolis, and paid for a hotel which was right across the street from the Mall, restraunts were next door. Arrived at the interview 10 mins early, checked in with the security staff and then wait in the lobby to be called in. Grace came and got me and took me to a room where i met another candidate, it was only 2 of us interviewing that day. they gave us a little paper work to complete and took our log books to review.... 3. Jun 19, 2023 The interview was exactly how the other write ups said it was going to be. They did a quick presentation on the company before the interview. The interview was less than an hour long. Started with going over my flight hours/current job. Then we started talking about basic HR questions like why endeavor. Then some more specific questions like TMAAT you had a stressful situation, TMAAT you had a difficult customer. You are flying to an airport and it's closed who do you talk to. Then 12 rapid... 4. Jun 12, 2023 Very straight forward process. I applied for the direct entry Captain seat. I have 3 years of previous CRJ900 experience and a type. Was called about 12 hours after applying, phone interview following morning, in person 5 days later. App to CJO was 6 days. They held a nice presentation on the company and answered questions. We then went to the waiting room and were called back one at a time. My experience was a little different being a DEC. My interview was an hour and a half. First hour... 5. May 25, 2023 This gouge was so helpful! If you study the hundreds of questions here and review your answers to TMAAT then you will do just fine. I live out of state so they flew me up the night before, and I had the 715 am van scheduled. Once I arrived, they will ask for your ID to sign you in. Have your logbook completely tabbed out, all of your licenses, and copies of everything printed out with you. That is the first thing they asked for. A captain did a "presentation" (I was the only one... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. May 23, 2023 Very straight forward. All questions I studied on this website were among the ones I got asked. HR/TATW questions were at the beginning, following by technical questions (10-12), followed by reading an approach plate and reading a METAR. They asked me to walk them through my flight training right when I sat down Unsats/failures, flight courses, etc. They tell you at the beginning they aren't trying to trick you and the interviewers were very nice (HR and one Captain). You will need to know... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. May 17, 2023 The gouge is very accurate. I studied these questions and had very little trouble on the interview. One question that I didn't expect was to describe a relationship that I found hard to form in the workplace. I talked about a shy student I had as a CFI. The panel was welcoming and very kind. Overall was a great experience. They didn't give me a official class date, but said it would likely be almost a year... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. May 16, 2023 They flew me up the day prior and gave me a hotel. 715am van ride over to the building. After I signed in, a HR rep came and took me back, verified documents and took my logbooks for review (they thanked me for having them printed). 2 pilots gave me a presentation of the company and how the training timeline works. After that was the interview, some TMAAT questions. Next was some rapid fire style/short answer, scenario based questions, followed by some approach plate and METAR/TAF... 9. May 12, 2023 Great experience. App submitted early spring, got a phone call mid-middle spring to set up a phone interview the next week. Phone interview was tell us about yourself, why Endeavor, and to set up the in person interview. Told me what to expect for that over the phone and followed up with 2 detailed emails with paperwork requirements and logistics info. They booked my flight to MSP and hotel room, hotel shuttle picked me up from the airport and to the interview the next day, along with... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. May 11, 2023 Petty easy, use the gouge it'll help you a bunch. You need a resume and have all of your logbook experiences filled out. Make sure that you prep for "tell me about a time" questions. The biggest thing will be that you take accountability for your actions in your aviation... Continue reading this interview experience
