First off I applied online and did not hear back for a while, I called my buddy at the airline to see what the deal was and turns out they never received my app, I applied on their website and that worked. (applied feb 5, phone interview happened mar 5), now for the interview, they flew me up the night before and put me in a hotel like everyone else, that was cool I got to see the mall of America for the first time (worth it if you have time), following morning got on the shuttle to Endeavor with another applicant and waited in the... 1. May 10, 2022 Interview is very consistent on what you will find on here. I had a great experience I was asked to tell them about my self. This then lead into two tell me about a time questions followed by one senecio based question. The rapid fire questions where what you will find on here. I walked asked about RVSM airspace, what makes up a thunderstorm, the one that got me was I was asked what is the advantage of an electrical buss I just simply didn’t know that one. KNOW HOW TO READ AND BREFF... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. May 06, 2022 My interview process started with a short phone call with a Captain at Endeavor Air. He questioned me about my hours and asked me a few typical HR questions such as, "Why do you want to work for Endeavor?" Once the phone interview was completed, the Captain set up a date for me to fly to Minneapolis for the Technical Interview. The technical interview was very similar to the other experiences people have submitted. It consisted of a few HR questions, then a few "tell me about... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. May 05, 2022 Interview process is as previously described in other posts. The study guide questions helped prepare for the oral evaluation. The interview went faster than I expected. Rapid fire questions that I remember was on: hung start, TCAS, few mach questions, and oxygen requirements. On the app briefing they asked if I didn't have GPS how would I indentify the step downs, thought it was a trick question cause it was too simple, but DME off the localizer. They asked about the VDP and when can I... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. May 03, 2022 Interview was very straight forward and accurate to study guide. Follow the study guide and try not to stress about it. Doesn’t feel like a checkride like you’d expect, very comfortable environment, and very friendly people who are there to help... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. May 02, 2022 Interview experience was pretty spot on from other reports here. Went in for their DEC position. New development is the PRIA forms are not required for the interview. You will get them emailed to you and turn them in after you get a CJO. But for the interview, you’ll take the 7:15 shuttle from the hotel to the interview building. They will collect paperwork and logbooks for review. Then you’ll get a company presentation by one of the recruiters. Chance to ask any questions and... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. May 02, 2022 Everyone was very professional and approachable. There were three other applicants that day, all with more experience than I had. But being confident in yourself is key. Interview started with a log book review. Make sure everything is tabulated per their instructions. Any holes or discrepancies will be found. Started with HR questions about why I got into aviation, followed by questions regarding dealing with a difficult customer, a difficult captain and making difficult decisions.... 8. Apr 29, 2022 It was fairly straight forward, more technical questions around an approach plate and reading weather. Planning on if we would need an alternate or not. And if we proceeded with alternate what would you be looking for at the alternate airport (NWKRAFT). A couple of HR questions about how I have dealt with customer service scenarios in the past- I just brought up difficult students and how we got them through the... 9. Apr 28, 2022 My experience with Endeavor was really unexpected, yet very positive! I woke up the morning of the interview, not even planning on having one. I saw a pilot recruiting event ad on Facebook and decided to leave everything and drive to the airport hotel to visit with the HR personnel and flight crews, on my way to the interview I stopped and had my electronic logbook printed and bound, I highly recommend you do the same, you will be complimented and set a really good tone for your interview.... 10. Apr 27, 2022 Fantastic experience, flew in positive space with no problems. Hotel picked up with shuttle. Get on 7:15 bus to the HQ the next morning where you fill out some paperwork and go through a short little presentation about Endeavor Air. Interview very straight forward with logbook review, talk about education experiences, then HR portion (TMAATW) (in the study question definitely recommend reading it), then technical portion (in the study questions, definitely read it). Technical portions has... Continue reading this interview experience

  11. Feedback from: Wyatt F
    (Hired at Endeavor Air)

I liked how you could see all of the questions that people had been asked. I started studying about 2 weeks out which was enough time to go through all of the questions 3 times.
