I attended an Event conference and did a M&G with Endeavor. 10 days later, I received a cold call to schedule a phone interview. The phone Interview was 2 days later. Phone Interview Questions: Working backwards, tell me about your jobs; why Endeavor; what was your favorite aircraft? Offered an interview and scheduled for it 10 days later. Received an email with a list of documents required: copies of all Certs needed, tab log books, etc, and interview expectations. Received a second email the following week with travel info, flight booked to/from, hotel at Mall of America, shuttle plans, and a Lyft code for 3 rides. Call the Endeavor number to ask questions. FO is on phone duty to answer questions if they are not in an interview. Printed my electronic logbook and took it to bind for $6. Tabbed out the printed logbook and my originals. Required documents were copied and put in a nice presentation folder (do not bind these). I flew into MSP, called the hotel for a shuttle, and checked in. Interview summaries all pretty spot on. Endeavor is being lumped under the propel program for Delta, so received an email saying I've been selected for propel and to choose a date from the selected days to conduct a phone interview. Interview was standard. Only 1 Hr question. The rest was just making sure all my information aligned and if there was anything extra I wanted to present. The interview was pleasant and they did their best to make you feel relaxed. We started with some basic HR questions followed by two TMAAT questions to be answered in the STAR format. Following that I was asked a WWYD question followed by 10 rapid fire Technical Subject questions. Following I was asked to Brief an approach plate. Hardly any change from previous interview experiences. Endeavor flies you out to MSP the day before, stay in a hotel across the street from Mall of America. MOA has plenty of food options for your dinner when you arrive. Morning of I woke up and went for a run around MOA. Nice area with sidewalks and crosswalks to avoid traffic. I interviewed with Endeavor Air at their headquarters in September. As others have previously mentioned, Endeavor provides a shuttle from the airport to headquarters. Once you arrive, there is a waiting area where you can leave your bags before being met by HR. HR then takes everyone into a conference room. There were four of us interviewing that day. The interview process was very straightforward, Endeavor is very respectable and they take care of you, even as an interviewee. They flew me out to MSP the day before the interview to relax and study. They had me come in for the AM slot which is from 0730-1100. We went over some paperwork for the background checks, had a short interview from a Delta FO. After, took us for fingerprints and even possible badge photos as well. Interview was as described on the website. I interviewed with an HR rep and an Endeavor FO. There was supposed to be a Delta Cap. present but he was unable to make it. Started off with get to know you questions, (view the study guide of this website). Then some HR TMAAT and WWYD scenarios, then technical, then approach brief/ alternate scenario. Very much as described here on AviationInterviews. Started with an introduction, collecting our documents/logbooks, along with fingerprints and a presentation on the company. Afterwards, the interviews started. Most of the time spent that day was just waiting for my turn, as I went last.
