FREE Endeavor Air pilot interview information and gouge

First off I applied online and did not hear back for a while, I called my buddy at the airline to see what the deal was and turns out they never received my app, I applied on their website and that worked. (applied feb 5, phone interview happened mar 5), now for the interview, they flew me up the night before and put me in a hotel like everyone else, that was cool I got to see the mall of America for the first time (worth it if you have time), following morning got on the shuttle to Endeavor with another applicant and waited in the... 1. Nov 22, 2021 Extremely organized company, the entire process was very efficient. Very similar to the gouge. I arrived the night before and took the shuttle to their offices. Everyone was very friendly and the interview started about an hour after they took our logbooks. Interview lasted approximately 40 minutes and waited about 5 minutes for the job offer. Immediately completed HR stuff like fingerprinting etc. Fellow applicant was told that he was not offered a job because he had not flown enough... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Nov 19, 2021 Interview went exactly like others have said on this site. Good experience overall. Few questions that weren't in the gouge but nothing crazy. The most challenging part was the METAR. Pretty much every obscure code was in the METAR they had me read...so study up.  Other than that the rest of the interview was exactly as describe by... 3. Nov 16, 2021 Interview process was awesome. They flew me up to Minneapolis the night before and paid for the hotel stay. The day of the interview the shuttle left the hotel at 7:15 SHARP. We headed to the Delta J Building and signed in and a HR Rep met us and brought us down to the cafeteria to collect all of our documents and logbooks. I was in the second group to interview and waited for about 3 hours. Once it was my turn to interview, i walked into a room with a current Captain and FO, very cool guys.... 4. Nov 16, 2021 Very straightforward. Reviewed logbooks in depth, asked a number of HR questions followed by technical questions. Most of the questions were straight from the gouge. Be sure to review Metar and TAF codes, especially the obscure ones. Sent me out for five minutes and offered the job. They initially said summer for a class date but since I have my ATP done they moved it up to the end of... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Nov 16, 2021 Interview was very similar to the rest recently posted, the questions were very easy, mostly just explaining my history, TMAT, and very basic technicals that were all listed in the top 20 questions on this site. Good... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Nov 15, 2021 Highly recommend working through the technical questions several times before your in person interview. They will help guide your preparation and odds are that you'll see them at your actual interview. Overall, the entire process from applying to getting to MSP for the interview was exceptional. I would know that once you get to the interview building, plan on waiting for a while until being called back to... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Nov 15, 2021 The entire process was very organized and straight forward. After reading the other posts on here there were no surprises, the process went down exactly as described. The questions they asked during the "rapid fire" technical section were straight from the gouge, make sure to study the most recent questions (at the end of the list) and note that they will ask questions related to turbine engines even if you do not have any turbine time. Another important note is that you need to... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Nov 12, 2021 Really great experience, just study ifr knowledge and you will be... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Nov 10, 2021 Generic questions about logbook, training experience, and work history - then tmaat and situation hr questions - then read a taf/metar and brief an approach plate - know the longer codes at the end of a metar and... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Nov 10, 2021 Read the gouge. The questions I was asked were from the gouge. Stated out asking about my background. Questions about my logbook. HR questions were straight forward scenario based. (view the study guide of this website).  Rapid fire questions were straight out of the gouge. No surprises.   They were interviewing 5 people. We were supposed to arrive at 7:15. I got there at 7. Since I was local I was the last to interview. I started my interview at 12:15. Lots of sitting around... Continue reading this interview experience
