From there, its work history, checkride failures, incidents, and tell us about your training experience from ZERO time to where you are now. A few more HR questions then rapid fire technical questions. Know your METARs, TAFs, and IFR rules inside and out. Walked through all of my training.  Then moved into TMAAT questions and one scenario based question.  12 technical questions, check the study guide of this website. Pretty standard IFR rules and regs.
