  • I attended an Event conference and did a M&G with Endeavor. 10 days later, I received a cold call to schedule a phone interview. The phone Interview was 2 days later. Phone Interview Questions: Working backwards, tell me about your jobs; why Endeavor; what was your favorite aircraft? Offered an interview and scheduled for it 10 days later. Received an email with a list of documents required: copies of all Certs needed, tab log books, etc, and interview expectations. Received a second email the following week with travel info, flight booked to/from, hotel at Mall of America, shuttle plans, and a Lyft code for 3 rides. Call the Endeavor number to ask questions. FO is on phone duty to answer questions if they are not in an interview. Printed my electronic logbook and took it to bind for $6. Tabbed out the printed logbook and my originals. Required documents were copied and put in a nice presentation folder (do not bind these). I flew into MSP, called the hotel for a shuttle, and checked in. There are two places attached to the hotel to eat dinner. The Hotel provided breakfast, and there is a...

I had a very pleasant experience. The gouge on here was exactly how it went. You show up, get a small presentation about the company, get your fingerprints and photo taken, then wait to get called back for the interview. A few TMAAT questions, followed by a scenario type question to see how you would handle a difficult situation in real time. All rapid fire questions came from the study guide (review all study guide questions and you will be prepared). Then you read a Metar and TAF and apply...

Very pleasant experience. The interview went exactly how past reviews said. You fly in the day before and the next morning are provided with a shuttle to the interview building. You get a short presentation about the company followed by fingerprints and a photo. Interview started with some ice breaker questions to get to know you followed by a couple TMAAT. Then they give you a scenario about how you would handle a difficult captain. Next came 15 rapid fire questions, all came from this...

Went exactly as everyone else said. Everyone was very welcoming and pleasant. Started off with how'd you get into aviation, a few tmaat, and scenario questions, why Endeavor. Then 10 or so rapid fire technical questions. Briefed MSP ILS 30L, went over a taf and alternates. Studied off here only and was more than...

Arrived in the morning and we did some paperwork, a company presentation and then fingerprints. We were called shortly after that for our interviews. Panel was a Delta CA, an Endeavor CA and someone from HR. Started out by asking questions. (view the study guide of this website).  They then asked two tmaat questions, then several scenario based questions. Then the rapid fire technical questions (use the study guide). Then I read a METAR and TAF and found the appropriate line for our...

Interview itself was a quick and straightforward process. It started with a presentation by two pilots (one from Endeavor and one from Delta) followed by finger printing and then the interview itself. The interview started off with explaining certain things. This was followed by HR questions about education and the scenarios formatted as TMAAT and they do want you responding with the STAR method. Next up was a couple â??what would you do ifâ? scenarios (view the study guide of this...

Interview process was the same as everyone else has been saying. Flew in the night before and was bussed to the interview building. 2 TMAAT and then about 10 rapid fire technical, all fairly simple. Then weather questions about metar and taf plus an approach plate brief (choice of jepp/faa). Be confident, you're there for a...

Interview experience similar to what was advertised and similar to other wholly owned regionals. Hotel is very nice. Walking distance to Mall of America. I checked in to hotel and walked around the mall for an hour after having sat all day flying up to MSP. Next morning, met other candidates in the lobby of hotel and took shuttle from hotel to Endeavor building on the Delta campus. After checking in with security, we were brought to a room to meet with 2 Delta pilots and given a presentation...

The interview was just like it was outlined in other interviews: HR person, Delta pilot, Endeavor pilot interviewing in a 10-foot by 10-foot room... Then questions,  10-15 rapid fire questions straight off of this website, Same format as everyone else described. Its pretty straightforward, the only thing i will say is as you are doing the interview, you will get no feedback. I was not asked any follow-up questions. They will ask you a question and just take notes the whole time you're...

The interview was very relaxed and welcoming. We first had a presentation from a Delta FO that gave us an in depth understanding of the company and it's benefits. Then we were finger printed and had photos taken for ID badges. After that, 1 Delta pilot, 1 Endeavor pilot, and 1 endeavor HR conducted the individual interview. The content was exactly what they include in the study guide they send with travel/prep details about 5 days before the interview. The questions were a little obscure,...

They fly us out to MSP. Sounds like all of us arrived the day before just after noon. There was 4 of us in the morning interview, hotel was fairly decent. You will watch a presentation about Endeavor (Some HR stuff), this was given by a Delta pilot ex. Endeavor. After fingerprints and Id photos (They have the intention to hire you, don't give them a reason not to) After that we waited for our interviews. 2 at a time. The interview consists of. 3 HR Questions, About 15 Rapid Fire questions,...
