First off I applied online and did not hear back for a while, I called my buddy at the airline to see what the deal was and turns out they never received my app, I applied on their website and that worked. (applied feb 5, phone interview happened mar 5), now for the interview, they flew me up the night before and put me in a hotel like everyone else, that was cool I got to see the mall of America for the first time (worth it if you have time), following morning got on the shuttle to Endeavor with another applicant and waited in the... 1. Sep 21, 2021 Was a great experience all around. I flew in the day before the hotel was pre set up. Took the 715 shuttle and had to wait until 1130 to interview. Took about 30 minutes or so which included a get to know you, one scenario based question, 25 rapid fire technical questions and decoding a TAF/Metar and determining if you need an alternate. Also briefed an approach into BTV. Pay attention to the email they send and it goes smooth. All in all was a great... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Sep 20, 2021 Pretty straight forward stuff. Typical CRM ADM questions with HR, technical questions have some odd ATP questions that I studied with the website as well as basic IFR knowledge. Briefed an approach plate and was ask a few questions on it, read a METAR and TAF asked about IFR alternates according to what the TAF read (123 Rule, 6-2 8-2). Interview was over after that. 25 minutes in... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Sep 17, 2021 In person interview was straightforward. All questions came right out of the gouge. If you know those you'll have no problem. The interview itself lasted about 20 minutes. A few HR questions then rapid fire technical questions of which all were in the gouge. The briefed an approach I chose Jepp. Was given a departure time and a TAF and had to decide if I needed an alternate or not. I had TMAAT questions, (view the study guide of this... 7. Sep 16, 2021 Phone interview was just confirming my resume and flight time, so make sure you have everything in front of you when they call. In person interview was scheduled two weeks later. They flew me up the night before to MSP, and was put in a hotel with a bunch of Endeavor employees, pilots, and other interviewees. 5 of us waiting in the cafeteria where they collected our documents. The HR & technical questions were straight out of the gouge. Don’t worry about having to explain... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Sep 14, 2021 After applying on Endeavors website,  got an email to schedule a phone interview, phone interview wasn’t anything crazy just talked about flight training, education, jobs, etc. I had my resume in front of me for the phone interview and essentially just went line by line down it. At the end of the phone interview I was asked to schedule an in person interview which I scheduled two weeks out. They flew me to MSP the night before the interview, put me up in a nice hotel. The next... Continue reading this interview experience
