Started with a phone call out of the blue from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening. A week later the phone screening happened where we get HR housekeeping questions out of the way then some of these: Why do you want to work at Endeavor Air? Tell me about your checkride failures. We scheduled an in-person interview in the same call. I was flown out to MSY with a hotel to stay at the night before the interview. On the shuttle there in the morning some of my interviewers were actually on...

Background: Navy P-8A pilot with 1373 turbine time and 1400 total time. Out of the cockpit for about 2 years; recently did just a few flights in a Piper for currency before the interview. Timeline: Application submitted.  Attended Women in Aviation International (WAI) conference in Denver and gave my resume to Endeavor HR team. Received phone call stating they were reviewing resumes from WAI and set up phone interview. At end of phone interview, they said it went well and scheduled in...

They fly you to MSP the night before, and the hotel shuttle takes you to HQ. There is a restaurant next door if you need dinner, and the hotel offers a free breakfast. I had 1 other applicant interviewing on my day. We were welcomed by two FOs (one was training to become part of the recruiting team) and one person from HR. They took us back to a room to watch them present a slideshow that goes through everything from pay to bases to the history of the company. After the slideshow, which took...

My interview with Endeavor was a fantastic and comfortable experience from start to finish. The environment was welcoming, and the interviewers made it feel more like a conversation than an interrogation. Technical: The technical questions were exactly in line with what you’ll find in your study materials. If you study those thoroughly, you’ll be well-prepared. No surprises there. HR/Experience-Based: Every prompt and question I encountered was consistent with what's posted on...

I was a part of the Endeavor STEP program through my college, though the interview seemed to be very similar to everyone else's experience except for the fact that the interview took place on my college campus. They called and asked if I was still interested, then followed up with an email where I could select from a few dates/times for my interview. I continued to study and on the day-of, I was interviewed by two current pilots and an HR representative. About 15 minutes before I was called...

The interview was conducted on campus. Overall was a great experience. Everything you need to succeed is on this website. I had couple TMAT questions, 12 rapid technical questions, I had to brief an approach plate and finally had a scenario to apply the 1-2-3 rule for...

The interview began with a logbook review, where they looked over my flight experience and endorsements to get a sense of my background. After that, I was invited into the interview room to begin the formal process. They opened with the standard “Tell me about yourself” and asked how I got into aviation. I shared my journey, highlighting what sparked my interest in flying, the path I took through training, and how I’ve grown as a professional in the industry. During the...

Interview went as described on website. Started off with experience and background review. Why Endevaor? Why this career?. We then went on to the TMAAT questions. How you handled a dissatisfied customer and what you did to remedy it. What positives came out of your actions. How you were able to handle a problem at work. What did you do to fix it? Last was the captain is not meeting operations procedures. What do you do? Next was 12 rapid fire questions. These are all on the study guide so...

  11. I was able to study all the technical questions, as well as see what to expect regarding the HR questions. This helped me greatly at my interview.
