First off I applied online and did not hear back for a while, I called my buddy at the airline to see what the deal was and turns out they never received my app, I applied on their website and that worked. (applied feb 5, phone interview happened mar 5), now for the interview, they flew me up the night before and put me in a hotel like everyone else, that was cool I got to see the mall of America for the first time (worth it if you have time), following morning got on the shuttle to Endeavor with another applicant and waited in the... 1. Aug 11, 2022 Gouge is spot on. Three parts of interview are work and school history, human behavior HR questions, and 10 rapid fire technical questions. Questions on the gouge will prepare you just... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Aug 08, 2022 I got a phone interview. The conversation was mostly about my logbook. They want you to confim how much time you have for the ATP (i didn’t have an ATP) x country pic, night pic, muti engine pic, instrument time, and all the other requirements for the ATP. They invited me to an in person interview. They flew me from Newark to Minneapolis, hotel lodging, then interview in the afternoon based on my late departure coming home. At first, they take logbooks for review. They then take... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Aug 04, 2022 The entire process was as stated on here. Myself and 2 other pilot candidates rode in a shuttle to the airport WITH the pilot giving the Endeavor Air information presentation and the pilot conducting the interview. Do with that what you want! I was in and out of the interview within 20 minutes. 2 TMAAT questions with HR rep and pilot writing down their own comments about responses. 12 rapid fire technical questions with, again, the HR rep and pilot writing down/circling my responses. 2 CRM... 4. Aug 01, 2022 Flew into MSP the night before. Day of the interview started at 7:15 shuttle. My interview had 2 captains and 1 hr rep. Started with HR questions, tell me about you, your education, flying experience, work experience. (view the study guide of this website).  Then rapid fire technical questions.   Roughly 12 questions. Followed by instrument questions, a brief of an approach plate, metar and tafs, questions about the need for an alternate. They ask you to leave the room... 5. Jul 18, 2022 The other reviews were spot on with the process. Picked up at the hotel at 0715 to go to the interview. At 0800 two Minneapolis based pilots gave a brief about the company and answered questions for about an hour. We were then taken to the cafeteria to wait until it was our turn for the interview. The interview was broken into 4 parts: flight history, TMAAT, situational questions as if you were a pilot for Endeavor, and technical questions. That took around 25 minutes. Once they were done... 6. Jul 18, 2022 There were four main parts of the interview: Review of Training and work history, HR Questions, Technical Questions, and Chart Brief and Weather Brief. Nothing was absurdly difficult or challenging, you should be able to think through most of the questions that they ask, and just be honest if you’re not 100% sure and walk them through your thought... 7. Jul 14, 2022 A very good interview experience. Everyone was friendly and professional, the interview goes as mentioned on the website. Starts off with get to know you questions, followed by TMAAT and rapid fire technical questions.  It was concluded by briefing an approach plate and walking the Captain through the approach followed up by the 123 rule judgement question. They are hurting for people and will hire you if you meet their criteria in my opinion. Good luck and happy landings... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Jul 12, 2022 I am part of the Endeavor STEP program as a University student at a partner school. Interview was very straightforward as I read on here prior. Started with a background of who I am, why I want to be a pilot, why Endeavor, Etc. Then was more HR tell me about a time when type of questions. Then 10 or so rapid fire technical questions that varied on IFR knowledge, Coffin Corner, and breifing an approach plate into New York. Very straightforward, very nice... 10. Jul 07, 2022 My experience with Endeavor is spot on with previous feedback submissions. Flew me out the night before. Stayed at the hotel across the street from the Mall of America. 7:15 a.m. shuttle over to the building. Total of 3 candidates for the morning interviews. A very senior captain gave us a 45 minute presentation about the company. Then opened it up to questions that we had.
