I received a call about four weeks after submitting my application. As previously stated in other gouges very simple 30 minute conversation, TMAAT questions, and background stuff. I was told I would hear back in a week on if I would advance to next phase, but I actually received invite email within hours of finishing phone call interview. A week later I did the video conference interview, once again no surprises this gouge really prepared me well. Always show off your customer service mindset, attention to safety, and strong knowledge of the company. The video conference lasted an hour I used my iphone, and had three people taking turns... 1. Apr 12, 2024 So far I have only done the virtual HR interview. I was invited to Columbus for the in person interview and I’ll debrief that after I return. The virtual interview was very straightforward. You just need to show the representative that you are a customer service representative at heart. Customer service is the heart of their business model. Make sure you work that into your answers to each question somehow. The questions were very standard HR questions.  I was asked a few HR type... 2. Mar 29, 2024 Online video interview started with some friendly hellos and welcome. Questions were just like others stated here. TMAAT all the way. If you don’t have the hours, when do you think you will? We require you to take the ATP/CTP course when do you think you will be available to do this? A bunch of Yes and No questions as well about your flying history, any incidents, blemishes on driving record. They explain how they will do a background check. Will they find anything? Then the... 3. Mar 28, 2024 Only did teams interview. Come prepared professionally before you interview and really learn their company and what they are looking for. Was asked 5 questions, (view the study guide of this website).  TMAAT you had a negative customer service experience? (This question seeks how do you as a pilot deal with conflict resolution, which is a core competency) I am bummed out that I didn't get to move forward with the in person interview as I really made sure I studied beforehand. I do not... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Mar 26, 2024 You fly or drive in the day before your interview and stay at a nice hotel. Breakfast is included. NetJets really big on being on time. Everything will start right at the listed time. Our van to the headquarters was at 10:45. we started the day with a tour and some excellent information on how the operation works. After the tour, they bussed the two of us over to an event venue for the catered lunch and benefits presentation, then the interview and logbook review. The interview was very... 6. Mar 21, 2024 NetJets runs a world-class interview process. It really was enjoyable. The phone interview was all TMAAT and general questions to make sure you're legally employable and not a weirdo in general. The in-person interview was a breeze; more conversational than anything. Logbook review was actually very simple / straightforward. Then came the simulator... (view the Sim/Scenario section in the study guide of this website).   It was 12 days between in-person to the time I got the phone... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Mar 21, 2024 Come in with a positive attitude. If you can make it to the in-person they want to see you succeed. I felt rusty in my sim but I tried my hardest to work with my SIM partner. Give a good brief before takeoff/approach and keep correcting. I busted the speed but called it out and corrected. As for HR they want to see you’re a good cultural fit. Learn about the company, the moto, the history. Be able to explain how you can adapt and be flexible. The whole purpose of NJ is to adapt to... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Mar 14, 2024 I heard from their recruiting department within hours of submitting my application on the company website and scheduled the earliest available teams interview which was about 10 days out. I had an internal recommendation from an old friend. The HR questions in the study guide are spot on and will prepare you well. Every day leading up to it, I would pick three questions from the study guide and “interview” myself. The questions I picked on the day of my interview happened to be... 9. Mar 14, 2024 The process started with the phone screen which was pretty standard with questions surrounding TMAAT and customer service questions. This lasted about 5 mins I was then informed that i was successful and would be recommended to the in person interview.. everything on the study guide prepared me for the questions which were asked. The in person was as previously stated by other applicants you had a tour of the facility and the operation explained very professional and they ensured they did... 10. Mar 14, 2024 The interview was more of a conversation than anything formal. We started with the basic “Why NetJets questions” then from there it seemed like the interviewer spent more time trying to sell me on the company than anything. After which he spent the remainder of the time letting me ask questions. Of the group of interviewees, I was the only one with turbine time as well which may have made it easier. I guess we’ll see when they get back to me if that is actually is the case... Continue reading this interview experience
