Mar 06, 2024 Started with introductions and a little tell me about yourself conversations. Then we got into paperwork. Have your checkride dates known and in hand and have your 7. 30, 60, 90, 6 month, and year hour count ready to go. That all was the hardest part by far of the interview. (view the study guide of this website).  Then we did HR questions. Then the final 30-45 mins was just simple technical questions. So if you go over these study guides and scenarios it was literally word for word.... Continue reading this interview experience

Nov 02, 2023 Interviewer was very laid back, he opened by stating there would be 3 portions of the interview: HR, technical, and a CRM scenario, (view the study guide of this website).   Then he showed me two Jeppesen charts an approach and a SID and had me brief them. Finally various Jeppesen chart symbology.  CRM scenario: Passenger has a seizure in the back. What do you do and who do you call? Company called with the yes one business day... Aug 17, 2023 The interviewer has been with Skywest for 8 years, a super nice and friendly guy. we started off getting to know each other and going through some HR-related questions to get to know me. (view the study guide of this website).  We chatted about that for a few minutes. Then technical portion. This was pretty shallow and more of a conversation than a checkride.  We then looked at 2 jepp charts and he asked me a few symbology questions, visibility on the approach, and FAF for LOC vs... Aug 17, 2023 The interview was very relaxing and straightforward, First of all just a self introduce how you got into aviation and how you like your current job. Then we went to technical questions like how jet engines started and what is By Pass Air. What happens to airplanes if fly too fast and what is the solution for that? he was really happy with my answers after that we went over some weather and read the TAF like how many times their updates remember some airports TAF for 30 hours. Talk about... Continue reading this interview experience

Jul 21, 2023 Interviewer was very nice and helped me to relax some of my nerves. The interview was very similar to what others were saying and I studied according to that. When I asked the interviewer how I compared to other candidates he said I did well but he's not in the position to tell me if I was to get hired or not. About a week later I got an email saying they appreciated the interest but unfortunately I was not... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Interview sample 8

As everyone has said it was a very laid back interview. Started with him talking about who he is and how he got into aviation and then the same with me. We quickly went over paperwork but that was <5 minutes because everything was submitted online beforehand. About 20-30 before the interview he sent 3 pictures, a jepp plate, low enroute chart of DEN, and taxiway signs so I was able to get an idea of what the scenarios may be No "gotcha" questions everything went pretty much as... Overall easy experience like everyone said. 30 minutes before the interview they sent a couple documents like taxiway sign, chart of Denvers Bravo and one other I cant remember. They asked about coffin corner, airspeeds in different airspaces, and basic taxiway signs. They asked about how a jet engine works, mach tuck, and basic aerodynamics. Nothing they asked was something I didn't see on here before hand so continue studying the material on here. HR questions were pretty straight forward.... Continue reading this interview experience

Study the gouge! If you can answer all the questions without having to look back for the answer then you will sail through it. It started with "getting to know you" followed by simple HR questions, then to technical. Nothing that was asked wasn't something that I had already gone over 9...
