Overall, it was a very positive experience. The interviewers were professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right from the start. The process was well-organized and ran on time. Questions were fair and focused on both technical knowledge and real-world decision-making. They also gave me the opportunity to explain my thought process, which I appreciated. Had a very solid order the interviewer followed. First intros of interviewer and myself. Then went through logbook totals and i updated her that i had finished atp ctp and had medical renewal scheduled for the following week. Then crm section Next was technical section. The worst part is the anticipation of the call/email after the interview is complete. Despite that, I kept thinking to myself how grateful and appreciative I felt afterwards just for having this awesome experience - yes, it was virtual, but it was still an amazing experience. The interview was largely what was expected. If you are a cadet do the interview preparation course online and take detailed notes. I used this and others to make sure I had all the material covered. Then I wrote extensive notes for all of the questions. And then I practiced delivering the answers with someone else who was also preparing. Things I can remember about the interview. I was sick the day of my interview. I wish there was a way to reschedule. My interviewer went quickly through the interview. He asked some HR questions  HR went really well, I thought. Remember that it's scenario-based, so having the wrote memorization down will free you up to think critically about the rest of the question. It has a similar feel to a check ride in a way.
