The other reviews are very accurate. Dress sharp so that you make a good impression from the get go. No need to bring logbooks, you will have sent them the last four pages of your logbook, and they don't do a review (unless they tell you otherwise). They have a very involved background check process, more so than other companies I've interviewed with. Make sure you...

Phone screening went well. Vaughn is fun to talk to and its just a normal conversation. Asked me about why I chose flying, some questions about when I went above and beyond for someone and how to deal with other people in the cockpit if they have any questions on procedures. Very organized questions so go in with your answers prepared, but if you are passionate they will read right through you. They will tell you if you are a worthy candidate or not so be prepared. If you are worthy (I was... -

Phone screen interview went well. The topics covered were Why Airshare, your aviation journey, TMAATs... conflict, if you have failed checkrides, declared an emergency, done anything unethical, etc. She provided insight into the company, answered the questions I had. Very personable, relaxed conversation, it seems like it would be a great company to work... -

My experience mirrors what is already posted here. Everyone at Airshare was welcoming and respectful of the candidates. Yes, there is a written test to complete, but it is very easy and will be completed with your fellow interviewees. Surprisingly, the chief pilots that interviewed us didn't ask any technical questions, no approach plate to brief, etc. Most of us were dressed in blue suits, a brown belt and brown shoes, which is very close to the Airshare pilot uniform, so dress for the job... -

I attended Women in Aviation conference and was able to meet the hiring team at Airshare. The team indicated they would be conducting phone screens for sic position on the Phenom 300 within the coming weeks. When I got home I emailed them to follow-up and they were quick to respond requesting a phone screen. I attended the phone screen and they asked Tell Me How you got into aviation, tell me about a time a flight didn’t go as planned, then some background on pay and details about the... -

I applied for a managed Challenger 3500 last month and got a phone screening interview 11 days later. It was a basic HR phone screening. I was asked questions, (view the study guide of this website). At the end of the 30 min call, she said she would send me over an email to set up a time to meet with the owners of the managed... -

Interview went well, met with the Chief Pilot and one Asst Chief Pilot. Interview and test went exactly as previous write-ups indicate. Disappointed that was told I would hear back from them in 2 weeks but did not hear for 4 weeks. Was told they were hiring for attrition so no immediate openings. When they did contact me, was told no decision to hire at the moment but would like to reach out when they have an opening. Nice people. Good BBQ the night... -

Experience was exactly as advertised in the previous reviews. Met in the lobby with 4 other interviewees, all from different backgrounds. Around 830 we were brought upstairs to the waiting room and given a 15 question quiz. 9-10 questions were technical on the subjects listed in other reviews. 5-6 were customer service related. Our group took the quiz individually, although I don't think anyone would have noticed or cared if we worked together. 3 separate interviews were conducted: 1-1 HR,... -

I simply was not prepared for this interview. It was impossible to find out names of the HR people and the Assistant Chief Pilots . Airshare ( you no longer capitalize the “S” .) is a great company, that wants to hire you . Go in prepared to answer questions from both HR and the assistant chief pilot and the chief pilot. Question : Why do you want to fly for Airshare? Question: What will your current company say about you ? Be Positive!! Question: Give me three words to... -

Overall, the reviews up to this point are accurate. Half of questions were tell me a time. All interviews were laid back and very friendly. It started with a presentation about the company. Then a group quiz was given to complete in a room with other applicants. It was not supervised. Then each applicant was asked to interview individually with assistant chief pilots and HR representative. After that they provided lunch and we were done by...
