Showed up, waited in the lobby where we were greeted and brought upstairs. We then had a presentation about the company, a written exam (a couple basic ATP and IFR questions and a few customer service questions, all multiple choice), and two interviews. My interview was incredibly similar to the others listed on this site. I was one of 6, and the second youngest. Everyone was really great, both applicants and Airshare employees. Overall, communicating with one another and being polite to everyone you meet seems to be the most valuable thing you can do. It seems as though having your ATP Written done and a fair chunk of multi engine or corporate experience is what's competitive currently. I do really love this company and look forward to...

Had my recent phone screening this past Monday, overall was a great experience! I ended up chatting with the Talent Acquisition Expert; she was very kind and genuinely wanted to get to know me a fair bit before we dove right into it.
