  1. Feb 23, 2024 Started with two current pilots first going through HR then technical questions. They'll introduce themselves and then give you an option to introduce yourself. Then they started in on a variety of scenario based HR questions. Similar to what is on this website, but some variation.  What type of management style to do you use in the flight deck.  Study the other HR questions on this page and you'll be fine. Overall, they were really nice. The technical questions were verbatim from... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Jan 26, 2024 I met the HR team 1st time at a recruitment event in Miami, and they were super easy to talk to. I handed in my resume, and received an email within a week after the chief pilot reviewed my documents. My official interview was with a senior FO and a senior HR representative. The interview lasted about 1 hour. First 20 minutes with HR, 30 minutes for technical/ decision making, 10 minutes for Q&A. The overall experience was very relaxed and enjoyable. I received my CJO within an hour... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Dec 09, 2023 Standard tell me about a time questions. I don't have any jet time so they seemed to tailor it to stuff someone with my experience would know. They asked if I had etops experience and when I said no they moved on. They did ask some questions about RCAM, what does it stand for, what is it. Which is good and which is bad RCAM 1 vs RCAM 6. What would you reject a takeoff after 80 knots. Would you taxi off the runway or stay on the runway? I said as long as the brakes where fine and there were... Interview started with standard HR related questions as shared here on this website's gouge. 7. Aug 08, 2023 The interview was as brief on this website, 2 pilots asking questions related to your experience, and simulated scenarios like engine failure during cruise what would you do? Minimum fuel when would you declare the emergency? What’s the procedure in RVSM for wx deviations when no ATC contact, runway environment and continuation of the approach. The technical questions in this site are spot on! Very profesional Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Typical questions why Amerijet, reasons... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Jun 26, 2023 AviationInterviews is a really helpful tool. 2 very friendly and experienced Captains did the interview. If you’re currently flying B767 they could ask more technical questions about operations. Like ETOPS, NAT contingency procedures or oxigen mask use when a crew member not in his station during flight at high altitude. They will ask you about your current aircraft procedures. Thank... 10. Jun 12, 2023 Very relaxed process! Interviewers went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Interview was conducted by 1 HR recruiter and 1 Captain. HR questions were exactly as advertised in the question bank. For technical/flight scenario questions the interviewer based them on the aircraft I currently fly so, as others have noted, be familiar with your current aircraft. Questions asked are covered in the study guide on this website so no real surprises although be prepared to discuss a... Continue reading this interview experience
