  2. Dec 30, 2020 Friendly and professional team at Amerijet. Interviewed with a training Captain who recently joined the Amerijet team plus two HR crewmembers. Questions were mostly simple and straightforward knowledge questions. Instrument stuff and prior experience-related knowledge or tech based questions.   3. Dec 29, 2020 Interview was with retired Captain from another airline that they brought in to assist with hiring surge and their own HR rep. They start off with company overview and details on their current expansion efforts and they appear to be doubling in planes (leasing) and pilots over the next year.   4. Dec 18, 2020 Great interview, very similar to the previously asked questions. Few questions HR portion and majority based on your experience level technical portion. Took approximately 40 min and it was very positive. Waiting to hear back. I believe this company is a good company to work for and Amrijet doing a lot to continue the growth, which is always great for upgrades and seniority!   5. Dec 18, 2020 I originally had an interview on December 17th and was told the morning of that it had to be rescheduled for the 18th. In the interview were a person from HR and a pilot that was brought back to the company to help with training and interviews. They both went through the companies history and where they are going in the future. Both of them were very nice and optimistic about the company and the expected growth on the horizon.   8. Nov 24, 2020 Very friendly interview. Over Zoom. It was one HR person and three senior captains from the training department. Total was about 40 minutes. Started with a quick review of the company. They are really trying to sell it. Rapidly expanding, limit is crews, CBA up for negotiation, training length, etc. Started with a couple scenario based questions then simple technical questions. The interview was conducted via zoom, and lasted approx 40 mins. Interview stated with introductions and a brief overview of the company, where the company is going (growth in aircraft, destinations, and increased size of the pilot group), and some other changes such as ALPA becoming the union for the pilot group. I felt so comfortable in the interview. They are pretty nice. they are looking to hire you, so dont be like me try to be free and relax. I was pretty nervous.
