Jun 02, 2023 Overall, a great interview experience. The gouge on technical questions on AviationInterviews was spot on. They did not ask any questions that weren't on the website. There were two HR-related questions on the hardest flight I've ever had. I discussed how I had a Captain that was known to follow the rules in the grey area and how I handled that. I was also asked about a time I took a flight assignment that looking back on I wouldn't have done. I talked about flying over the top and around... Continue reading this interview experience

May 23, 2023 Great interview experience via teams, everyone was really professional. Highly technical, started off with HR questions. Moved on to technical portion. Moved on to getting to know me as a person questions. (view the study guide of this website). Great experience, they want you to feel comfortable. They want to hire you. Yours to lose. Best of... May 03, 2023 Good interview with great interviewer. 1HR person and 1 Captain and 1 First Officer. They are very friendly and want to get to know you as a person. I was asked maybe only 15-20 questions. Asked for some memory items for my previous airplane and what should I do if I get TCAS RA at Highest Altitude of my airplane. Also asked some questions about jeppesen plate and definitions. Everything went smoothly and exactly as everyone previously listed on this site. Good... Continue reading this interview experience

Dec 08, 2022 I was interviewed online via Zoom by two very friendly and knowledgeable people. One was a retired Captain and the other a line FO. They both told me about their backgrounds and experience before they asked me about mine. We had a pleasant conversation about an issue I had recently, namely an incident. As I was cleared from any wrongdoing in this case, this was a non-issue for them. After introductions, I was asked some technical questions. These mostly dealt with planning, diversions, chart... Nov 21, 2022 The Interview was a one hour zoom call with a retired Captain. We started with HR questions. An HR representative was also on the call but did not ask the questions and only listened. The HR questions were spot on with the questions here. For the technical questions we walked through the flight from beginning to end, (view the study guide of this website). Preflight Maintenance item. Takeoff briefing? V1, what do you do before and after? How do V1 Vr change with a contaminated... Continue reading this interview experience

Nov 16, 2022 Very laid back interview. Super nice interviewer. HR questions included dealing with intoxicated pilot arriving for duty. Qualities of a good captain. How to deal with an RA at service celiling. Would you land when at 800ft on the approach with an engine fire (yes and stop on the runway, don’t taxi off). When is your emergency fuel state declared (45 minutes reserve is reached). Emphasize the important of CRM and SOPs. Assume control if you have issued two warnings to fellow pilot... Nov 14, 2022 I had a very nice conversation with a senior Captain and a nice F/O, all the questions asked are here on the technical and HR sections. I have not received a answer yet . After studying the data base here, the interview was surprisingly easy as no new questions where presented. At times, because I have big mouth and want to show that I am prepared, I went further on explaining and that opened space for new questions, but from the same database that is here. If I would do it today, I would... Continue reading this interview experience

Nov 08, 2022 The interview was easy, all the questions from this Q&A bank, very relaxed, they need pilots, cause they are planning to expand and bringing more aircrafts. Most of the questions is Scenario based questions, they want to see that you can be a potential captain, and able to make good decisions. Good luck to everyone, and wish you the...
