You will be contacted whenever the company determines that a class is required in order to accommodate proper fleet staffing. Expect a call from an assistant to select an interview date, sometimes with very short notice. The interview will be conducted at the company's offices on the grounds of... 1. Jan 04, 2022 I have a short interview that lasted about 30 to 45 minutes in which a representative, an FO and the assistant chief pilot took turns to ask questions. The questions were pretty much the same as they were in this gouge so anyone following it should be ok. They asked about previous aviation experience, an emergency scenario and what you expect about your future with the... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Dec 22, 2021 Very laid back interview and panel, consisted of 1 HR rep and 5 pilots. Began with standard TMAAT questions and then went on to the technical questions. Pretty standard stuff: what is V1, what happens to V1 when the runway is wet or contaminated... holding speeds etc... Last part of the interview were scenario based questions. No right or wrong answer, they just want to see your thought process. Overall very pleasant... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Oct 04, 2021 The questions here are very accurate. I had two HR people and 3 pilots. It was over zoom. They called me early because of a cancelation. So I started an hour early and they where very appreciative. I got a good vibe from everyone on the panel. There was no good cop bad cop. The technical portion had basic IFR questions (mea, moca, holding speeds…) there where some good scenario questions. They just want to see your train of thought. No right or wrong answer but show safety... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. May 26, 2021 Interesting and vrey rapid process. A couple of glitches on scheduling the Zoom interview, once it was all settled it went amazingly well for a change. I have to say that this site is spot -on. It should be recommeded to any pilot knocking at the door of opportunity. The panel consisted of an HR representative, a captain with over thirty years experience, and two fairly new First Officers. Indroductions around the room, and we got right into it. HR went first looking for background.... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. May 20, 2021 Started with introduction, one HR a 4 captains. HR question, my career experience and why i want to leave current company. Then each captain asked me technical questions, holding speeds, airspeed restrictions, rwy lighting, approach questions, maintenance scenarios with mel. Interviewers were nice and gave me good feedback on every question I answered. I think they re just looking for someone with good positive attitude that gets along with others and is a... 9. May 13, 2021 The gouge worked, I was also asked about transition altitude and transition level in a scenario type version while looking at a departure and arrival on a approach plate which one is which etc. It was zoom and if you are not familiar with zoom, I suggest you have it available to join the meeting on your computer and on your phone since I had an issue logging into the meeting through my computer and I eventually just used my phone. I had a panel of at least 4 asking questions and a few... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. May 12, 2021 Very relaxed interview, super nice people. They will try to put you at ease. There were three people from H.R and two pilots. H.R questions the standard ones (most of them on the study guide). The pilot questions were technical and some TMAT scenarios. They talked about the company's expansion plans and that they are trying to expand as quickly as possible. The interview was about 30 minutes; each person will ask you questions; they just want to make sure that you are a good fit for the... Continue reading this interview experience
