Aug 08, 2023 The interview was as brief on this website, 2 pilots asking questions related to your experience, and simulated scenarios like engine failure during cruise what would you do? Minimum fuel when would you declare the emergency? What’s the procedure in RVSM for wx deviations when no ATC contact, runway environment and continuation of the approach. The technical questions in this site are spot on! Very profesional Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Typical questions why Amerijet, reasons... Continue reading this interview experience

Jun 26, 2023 AviationInterviews is a really helpful tool. 2 very friendly and experienced Captains did the interview. If you’re currently flying B767 they could ask more technical questions about operations. Like ETOPS, NAT contingency procedures or oxigen mask use when a crew member not in his station during flight at high altitude. They will ask you about your current aircraft procedures. Thank... Jun 14, 2023 In-person interview at hiring event with a panel of current Amerijet FO's. The interview itself only took about 20mins. It started with the classic tell me about questions, (view the study guide of this website). The gouge here was still spot on. Very friendly folks all... Continue reading this interview experience

Jun 12, 2023 Very relaxed process! Interviewers went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Interview was conducted by 1 HR recruiter and 1 Captain. HR questions were exactly as advertised in the question bank. For technical/flight scenario questions the interviewer based them on the aircraft I currently fly so, as others have noted, be familiar with your current aircraft. Questions asked are covered in the study guide on this website so no real surprises although be prepared to discuss a... Continue reading this interview experience

Jun 05, 2023 Overall, a good experience; the interview lasted 1hr and the panel was quite friendly. The info on this site is pretty accurate and once you prepare well, you should be o.k. Be able to answer questions about the current aircraft you fly as well. They understand one is a bit nervous in this type of setting; just take your time and think before answering the questions. Do... Continue reading this interview experience

Jun 02, 2023 Overall, a great interview experience. The gouge on technical questions on AviationInterviews was spot on. They did not ask any questions that weren't on the website. There were two HR-related questions on the hardest flight I've ever had. I discussed how I had a Captain that was known to follow the rules in the grey area and how I handled that. I was also asked about a time I took a flight assignment that looking back on I wouldn't have done. I talked about flying over the top and around... Continue reading this interview experience

May 03, 2023 Good interview with great interviewer. 1HR person and 1 Captain and 1 First Officer. They are very friendly and want to get to know you as a person. I was asked maybe only 15-20 questions. Asked for some memory items for my previous airplane and what should I do if I get TCAS RA at Highest Altitude of my airplane. Also asked some questions about jeppesen plate and definitions. Everything went smoothly and exactly as everyone previously listed on this site. Good... Continue reading this interview experience

Dec 08, 2022 I was interviewed online via Zoom by two very friendly and knowledgeable people. One was a retired Captain and the other a line FO. They both told me about their backgrounds and experience before they asked me about mine. We had a pleasant conversation about an issue I had recently, namely an incident. As I was cleared from any wrongdoing in this case, this was a non-issue for them. After introductions, I was asked some technical questions. These mostly dealt with planning, diversions, chart...
