I met the HR team 1st time at a recruitment event in Miami, and they were super easy to talk to. I handed in my resume, and received an email within a week after the chief pilot reviewed my documents. My official interview was with a senior FO and a senior HR representative. The interview was as brief on this website, 2 pilots asking questions related to your experience, and simulated scenarios like engine failure during cruise what would you do?
