  2. Dec 08, 2022 I was interviewed online via Zoom by two very friendly and knowledgeable people. One was a retired Captain and the other a line FO. They both told me about their backgrounds and experience before they asked me about mine. We had a pleasant conversation about an issue I had recently, namely an incident. As I was cleared from any wrongdoing in this case, this was a non-issue for them. After introductions, I was asked some technical questions. These mostly dealt with planning, diversions, chart... 3. Nov 21, 2022 The Interview was a one hour zoom call with a retired Captain. We started with HR questions. An HR representative was also on the call but did not ask the questions and only listened. The HR questions were spot on with the questions here.  For the technical questions we walked through the flight from beginning to end, (view the study guide of this website).  Preflight Maintenance item. Takeoff briefing? V1, what do you do before and after? How do V1 Vr change with a contaminated... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Nov 16, 2022 Very laid back interview. Super nice interviewer. HR questions included dealing with intoxicated pilot arriving for duty. Qualities of a good captain. How to deal with an RA at service celiling. Would you land when at 800ft on the approach with an engine fire (yes and stop on the runway, don’t taxi off). When is your emergency fuel state declared (45 minutes reserve is reached). Emphasize the important of CRM and SOPs. Assume control if you have issued two warnings to fellow pilot... 5. Nov 14, 2022 I had a very nice conversation with a senior Captain and a nice F/O, all the questions asked are here on the technical and HR sections. I have not received a answer yet . After studying the data base here, the interview was surprisingly easy as no new questions where presented. At times, because I have big mouth and want to show that I am prepared, I went further on explaining and that opened space for new questions, but from the same database that is here. If I would do it today, I would... Continue reading this interview experience

Most of the questions is Scenario based questions, they want to see that you can be a potential captain, and able to make good decisions. Good luck to everyone, and wish you the... 8. Oct 04, 2022 I walked my resume in the front door of Amerijet International Corporate building in Miami. About 1 week later they sent me an email for a zoom interview with a Chief pilot and another Captain. They asked basic questions about min fuel, RVSM requirements, takeoff alternates, destination alternates and scenario related questions. (view the study guide of this website). They ask questions that they would ask a Captain. They treat you like you are a Captain in training. They are a great company... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Oct 03, 2022 The guy interviewing has worked Amerjet for 1 year. He's an FO. He's only worked for 2 other companies.  He thinks that this company is how all airlines work. He tells me about himself, very laid back interview. Then questions, He also asked the technical questions. (view the study guide of this website).  With him I said yes sir no sir. It just felt right to do so. Like he deserved respect. There were three other people on my Zoom interview, they did not introduce themselves, they... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Sep 21, 2022 Interview was very straightforward with TMAT. Lots of questions about current aircraft. Bush up on your current aircraft. Expected to know check ride level knowledge on current aircraft. Be able to have a conversation with another pilot about your personal experiences. The interview was conducted by two pilots. One who is retired from American. And the other, a line pilot. The interview lasted approximately an hour. Both were very knowledgeable and welcoming to the possibility of me...
