FREE Cape Air pilot interview information and gouge

Interview was held via a online session with a gentleman named Vinny. Interview was pretty straight forward and Vinny seems like a nice guy and we had a bit of conversation before getting to the technical stuff. Everything went pretty well but they have apparently been inundated with applicants so its hard to even get an interview these days. Went over the basics as far as willingness to relocate, expected commitments and the like then on to basic... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

  2. Mar 23, 2020 The interview was conducted on face-time. Very relax and easy going. I have to admit everything on this gouge was correct. Was not asked all of these questions, but glad i reviewed them just in case.  Interviewer explained role of the job, requirements and commitments. From start to finish was almost 40... 5. Feb 18, 2020 I had a great interview with Cameron as well as the director of Flight Training. This interview mostly focused on emergency procedures for light twin-engine aircraft, systems on multi-engine aircraft as well as the single engine I was most used to flying (172), and situational questions (What would you do if...) I was called the same day and Cameron let me know I was... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Feb 13, 2020 Very pleasant experience. Study the questions in the study guide. Be able to confidently recite the steps immediately after an engine failure upon takeoff. Be relaxed and humble. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. The questions in the study guide will really prepare you. This website was my biggest source of preparation... 7. Sep 25, 2019 Had a great interview with Cameron. I used this website to prepare and it was spot on. Cameron was very nice and easy to talk with. He asked a few HR questions, what a turbocharger is and how it works, also the immediate action items for an engine failure after takeoff in a twin. Very easy process as a whole. It was around holiday time so it took two weeks to hear back but Cameron called me personally and officially offered the... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. The interview was very simple, basically described as on this website. Mine was with Cameron and lasted maybe 30 minutes. It began by him telling me about the company and then a few hr questions, and a couple technical questions.  (view the study guide of this website).   Cameron was very laid back and made the interview process very easy. It was two days ago, he said they would get back to me with an official answer likely in the next week. I will update... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. My interview was exactly as those described over the last year or so on this website. Comfortable Skype interview with Cameron. About 45 minutes long. Simple HR questions and the usual stuff about incidents/accidents, criminal and driving history.  Brief discussion of how a turbocharger works. Mostly what they're looking for is whether you are a person who will support the corporate mission of "Make our Customers Happy and Have a Good Time Doing It!" Two days later I was... The insight/gouge provided on this sight is invaluable. It played a crucial role in helping me secure all three CJOs from the companies I prepared for, and I plan to use it for all future interviews. The customer service is also very responsive if you have any issues
