  1. Apr 10, 2024 It was my last chance with propel because I was rejected twice. And usually it is an in person interview but today it was virtual. They started with introducing themself and little bit of ice breaker. We talked about Starbucks coffee (Because it was on my resume), (view the study guide of this website).  And it went to scenario based questions. I have done many interviews but especially Delta Propel you just need to think of the company core values and high customer service and I think... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Apr 03, 2024 Interview was virtual and started with introduction, tell me about yourself, why you want to be a pilot for Delta. Asked me a few tell me about a time Qs just like in the study guide of this website.  I was told they'd contact me in 1-2 days but ended up taking 1.5 weeks after numerous follow-up calls and emails. The interviewer was friendly at the beginning but as the interview went on she seemed disinterested. Didn't help that she was looking sideways at another screen the entire... 3. Dec 05, 2023 Interview went as expected. Walked in and handed my documents to the interviewers and sat with the liaison for about 10 min while they reviewed everything. They called me in and gave a brief overview of what the interview was about. There was kind of two halves. The first was standard HR type questions like why Delta, why Propel, they asked a couple of things from my training record, etc. The second half was all scenarios. “You’re a dispatcher at your flight school and someone is... 4. Nov 09, 2023 My experience was very similar to all of the others. When I showed up I met a propel representative. And he verified I had all of my documents. And he took them to the people who would do the interview. And we chatted for about 20 minutes. Then he took me to meet the interviewers. They introduced themselves. Then I introduced myself. And some of questions they asked. Was they asked a hypothetical question about I was working the general helpdesk at an airport. And someone came up to me after... 5. Nov 03, 2023 All applicants arrived about 30 minutes prior to the interview and got to know each other. We split into groups of three and I did the MMPI-2 test first which took about an hour and a half. Please answer these questions honestly, don't worry about what they are asking, just be honest and you will be fine. After I did that, I interviewed with a captain and an FO and you will start by giving up to a 5 minute intro about yourself and your aviation journey. Really think through what you want to... 6. Nov 03, 2023 Everyone arrived a half hour before the interview started. We were then escorted to the pilot selection office, where we were given a brief presentation by the program director. Then we were divided by three groups first group went for the interview, while all others went to take the MMPI-2 test. I took the test first. Although some of the questions on, there are kind of funky, be honest with them, or else, he will be forced to retake the test. The third group went for interviews after... 7. Sep 26, 2023 Nice day with some great people. Everyone meets in the lobby and chats while waiting for the day to start. We split into three groups and the first did interviews while the other two did the MMPI test. Then there was a swap and the groups did the opposite. We all went to lunch and came back and finished the interviews/MMPI and the psychologist interview. People finished between 1-3. The interview itself felt like a nice chat, nothing too crazy or technical. A few questions about college and... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Sep 25, 2023 In my interview with Delta Propel, they started out by asking questions about my background/resume to just get a general understanding of who I am. They then asked me about my motivation towards Delta and the Delta Propel flight school, why I chose to apply to this school and why its a good fit for me. They then asked me some "Tell me about a time when..." type questions, for example, "Tell me about a time when you took on a leadership role." They they asked me some... 9. Sep 25, 2023 Everyone gathered in the lobby, and then we moved to the pilot selection coffee room. we turned in our documents, logbooks and gathered and chatted in the room. we were split into groups. some interviewed first, while others did the mmpi test. the pilots interviewing were a CA and a FO and made the interview feel super relaxed. had good conversation and then go into the interview. the questions are going to be different for everyone as they had to ask certain questions, and then random... 10. Sep 25, 2023 Company path interview: Since all of us are already working for the company, they did not ask us any questions “Why Delta?” Or similar. They mostly wanted to know more about your background and why/how you want to transition from your current job to the flight deck. Lots of story telling more so than question/answer. The interviewers were very nice and made everyone felt at ease. There were 2 pilots to one candidate. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. Be prepared to show you...
