  • Upon arriving on campus, I checked in at the front office where I was given a name badge. From there, I proceeded to the building next door and waited in the main lobby outside the Pilot Selection Office. It’s hard to say whether they observe candidates in the lobby, but there’s a steady flow of people walking through, including some who enter the Pilot Selection Office. When it was time to begin, a team member came out, introduced themselves, and escorted me into the office. I was taken to a conference room where I was asked to place all the required documents (as listed in the interview invitation email) into a basket. I also left my phone and bag in...

COMPANY PATHWAY. It seems like most of the interviews and questions on this website are based off of the collegiate pathway applicants, so this one is for those current Delta employees going the company route. They were all HR/WWYD questions. Practicing answers to the questions on this website will get you in the right mindset. I'm still waiting to hear back as of now, but I felt my interview went very well. Keep teamwork, communication, and above all, safety, in mind when answering the...

For context, this was the Delta Propel Company Path. I already work for Delta Air Lines The experience was pleasant. I arrived an hour and a half early and most the applicants were there already. We all had a good chat and got to know each other. Eventually the Propel Director came out to welcome us and led us to a room to hand over our paperwork that we were required to bring. After that we were brought to a waiting lounge that had snacks, water, and mints. They said the interviewers will...

Company Path: The interview was mainly WWYD and HR based. I felt relaxed and I came in with an excited attitude. I had 2 mainline pilots conduct my interview and they were very professional and friendly. At the end, they asked if I had any questions, I had brought a notepad with questions that was filled out before I got there and we had a very productive conversation with my questions. The answers on this site are roughly what I was asked so to be prepared for anything. Be mindful that they...

We checked in at the main building and then walked to the interview waiting room. After a few minutes they brought us back into a lounge to wait. We all got called in one by one and got interviewed by one pilot and one hr person. It was fairly straightforward tmat questions that were all listed on this site. All HR no technical...

After 21 weeks, I got my email saying to come in for an interview. The interview was all HR-based, and there were no new questions besides what was on here. 20 days later, I have not heard back. I have sent a few emails following up and have not heard anything. Most of the people who were there were from Aubrun, but I was not. Everyone was very friendly, and all of the interview folks were very...

Very professional process once you get on the Delta campus. You wait in the pilot lobby after you go to the check in office. Then someone will come and take your documents and verify them while you wait to be called in for your interview. There was no technical questions the questions were tailored to your application and aviation experience. Why Delta and why aviation were the first two questions I was asked and then the majority of questions were scenario based and most are on this study...

Went to general offices and checked in as other guides have stated. Waited in lobby until we were all called in, and taken to a room to deposit our documents. After that, left in another lobby with other applicants until we were all separately called in for our interviews. Questions were unlike what was in the study guide, however it was all HR questions relating to current job. No technical questions whatsoever. Interviewers were friendly, and open to questions about the process. Both took...

The interview was very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. I was very stressed going in but the interviewers calmed my nerves. Interview lasted about 35 minutes and was a lot of HR/WWYD questions with a few technical questions and situational based. If you study this website information you will be set up for...
