  4. Sep 23, 2019 If you practice the online testing it will prepare you enough to do well. There were some questions in all sections that were new, but if you are used to the process of how to do things, you can easily work out the answers. The interview was as expected, except that the scenario questions all had to be flight deck related. Not sim, office or personal. The process is relaxed and people very friendly and helpful, but you need to be prepared and... Continue reading this interview experience

They first had us submit all the documents that were requested. We then were separated into groups for a group exercise similar to the game of Clue. This lasted 30 minutes. After that we attended a briefing for the sim evaluation.  After the briefing most of us went and took the Compass test. Not much that you can do to prepare other... But there is no conversations and feedbacks.  I was unsuccessful unfortunately, and I have no idea why?   On my interview I got 5 theme like questions, which are in the study... 8. Very tough process, but not as hard as it seems. You will do the video interview and the short online assessment at home. Wear a suit or your uniform. The compass test can be completed in Dubai. I recommend an interview prep and compass practice.  I suggest arriving in Dubai a couple of days early to adjust to the time difference. The hotel will be at your expense for every night over three. Dubai is a beautiful city and worth the time to explore while you aren't studying. Day 1: Be... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. The interview is done in several stages. A video interview, then a 3 day interview in Dubai. Day 1 starts with everyone meeting for breakfast around 6am. After breakfast head to head quarters. You are split into groups of 3 or 4 to determine the order of the sims (777 sim).  On day two you do some group exercises. They give you a random problem and watch to see how you solve it. I'd recommend the following: Listen to all of the instructions before taking action, write them... Continue reading this interview experience
