  2. Hello, I prepared with a service and everything was good. first day : we started with a group exercise. they gave us some cards and we had to find who stole the painting and why. When you arrive in Dubai, get out, cross the road and go to shuttle bus stop 14 for the shuttle to the hotel. there is a shuttle every hour. first day. you can have breakfast as from 0630 in the hotel. however, there is a cafeteria and there is free sandwich at the simulator centre. There were some questions in all sections that were new, but if you are used to the process of how to do things, you can easily work out the answers.   5. Day 1) Started with a brief introduction. There were 10 people there for the interview. All where wearing a plain colored suit and simple tie. They first had us submit all the documents that were requested. We then were separated into groups for a group exercise similar to the game of Clue. This lasted 30 minutes. After the theme is known you have 5 min time for you to make notes. We were in a group of 3. After 5 Min we have to discuss and share our opinion and options. In 15 sec you have to realize and prepare yourself for the great answer, where you will have to expliain your answer in 30 seconds. These are basic & simple questions.   8. Very tough process, but not as hard as it seems. You will do the video interview and the short online assessment at home. Wear a suit or your uniform. The compass test can be completed in Dubai. I recommend an interview prep and compass practice.  I suggest arriving in Dubai a couple of days early to adjust to the time difference. The hotel will be at your expense for every night over three.   9. The interview is done in several stages. A video interview, then a 3 day interview in Dubai. Day 1 starts with everyone meeting for breakfast around 6am. After breakfast head to head quarters. You are split into groups of 3 or 4 to determine the order of the sims (777 sim).  On day two you do some group exercises. They give you a random problem and watch to see how you solve it.
