I attended an Event conference and did a M&G with Endeavor. 10 days later, I received a cold call to schedule a phone interview. The phone Interview was 2 days later. Phone Interview Questions: Working backwards, tell me about your jobs; why Endeavor; what was your favorite aircraft? Offered an interview and scheduled for it 10 days later. Received an email with a list of documents required: copies of all Certs needed, tab log books, etc, and interview expectations. Received a second email the following week with travel info, flight booked to/from, hotel at Mall of America, shuttle plans, and a Lyft code for 3 rides. Call the Endeavor number to ask questions. FO is on phone duty to answer questions if they are not in an interview. Printed my electronic logbook and took it to bind for $6. Tabbed out the printed logbook and my originals. Required documents were copied and put in a nice presentation folder (do not bind these). I flew into MSP, called the hotel for a shuttle, and checked in. Time from internal rec submitted (seemed to be the catalyst) until the phone screen was 3 weeks. From phone screen to in-person interview, another 3 weeks. Was flown to MSP and put up in a hotel. The following morning, went down for breakfast/coffee and saw one other person looking dressed for an interview and we quickly connected. Arrived at such a cozy hotel. The people on the shuttle to the hotel from the airport were very warm and welcoming. I got the free breakfast in the morning and met with the other interviewee. Saw the captain and made a joke. We all got on the shuttle, they have an area where you can leave your luggage in the front. We met the team, completed paperwork, went through the presentation, and then go pulled one by one for the interviews. They asked about a time myself or a company I worked for... -

Overall, my interview was a fantastic experience! I flew in the day before and stayed at a hotel, which set a relaxed tone for the next day. The following morning, I took the 11:45 AM shuttle to headquarters for the interview, where I met three other candidates in the waiting room. An HR representative collected our logbooks and documents, make sure you have them well-tabbed and organized. Everything was spot on from previous posts. The HR questions and technical questions were out of the library. Briefed the RNAV X 31 at LGA. Make sure you note the speed restriction at SHAYY. Asked some basic questions on symbology in profile and planform view. Weather portion to determine alternate/alternate suitability was straight forward. I required an alternate because of 1-2-3 rule and alternate wasnâ??t suitable because of the vis. Any of the weird METAR/TAF stuff was in the library... -

About two months from application to phone screening. I am OTS so the letter of recommendations definitely helped, in my opinion. After phone screening, about 3 weeks to in person interview. Very similar to the gouges listed here on Airline Apps. 8am start. You are brought in and given a brief presentation by a captain about the company. She was great in answering questions as well. A great experience from start to finish! Super professional group. Everything as far as timelines and procedures matches all previous submissions here. Nothing about the day was surprising compared to what others have shared. The biggest thing to know: the whole process took over four hours, and more than half of that was just waiting. Thereâ??s a lot of downtime. Definitely eat beforehand. People are not exaggerating when they say that. There were four of us interviewing at the same time. I flew into MSP and put up in a hotel for the night. The next morning you'll take the shuttle from the hotel to the Endeavor building C. Once you go to the building you'll hand in your logbooks and then given a presentation. This presentation is good to pay attention to as it will refresh you on Endeavor's core values.
