I attended an Event conference and did a M&G with Endeavor. 10 days later, I received a cold call to schedule a phone interview. The phone Interview was 2 days later. Phone Interview Questions: Working backwards, tell me about your jobs; why Endeavor; what was your favorite aircraft? Offered an interview and scheduled for it 10 days later. Received an email with a list of documents required: copies of all Certs needed, tab log books, etc, and interview expectations. Received a second email the following week with travel info, flight booked to/from, hotel at Mall of America, shuttle plans, and a Lyft code for 3 rides. Call the Endeavor number to ask questions. FO is on phone duty to answer questions if they are not in an interview. Printed my electronic logbook and took it to bind for $6. Tabbed out the printed logbook and my originals. Required documents were copied and put in a nice presentation folder (do not bind these). I flew into MSP, called the hotel for a shuttle, and checked in. There are two places attached to the hotel to eat dinner. The Hotel provided breakfast, and there is a...

Arrived in the morning and we did some paperwork, a company presentation and then fingerprints. We were called shortly after that for our interviews. Panel was a Delta CA, an Endeavor CA and someone from HR. Started out by asking questions. (view the study guide of this website). They then asked two tmaat questions, then several scenario based questions. Then the rapid fire technical questions (use the study guide). Then I read a METAR and TAF and found the appropriate line for our... -

Interview experience similar to what was advertised and similar to other wholly owned regionals. Hotel is very nice. Walking distance to Mall of America. I checked in to hotel and walked around the mall for an hour after having sat all day flying up to MSP. Next morning, met other candidates in the lobby of hotel and took shuttle from hotel to Endeavor building on the Delta campus. After checking in with security, we were brought to a room to meet with 2 Delta pilots and given a presentation... -

The interview was very relaxed and welcoming. We first had a presentation from a Delta FO that gave us an in depth understanding of the company and it's benefits. Then we were finger printed and had photos taken for ID badges. After that, 1 Delta pilot, 1 Endeavor pilot, and 1 endeavor HR conducted the individual interview. The content was exactly what they include in the study guide they send with travel/prep details about 5 days before the interview. The questions were a little obscure,... -

Interview was at 11:45am and didnâ??t leave until 4:30pm. Very good experience! Got there and did finger prints and a presentation. Make sure to organize your documents in a very professional manner as it looks very good to the recruiting team. I was definitely nervous as I had to sit there quite awhile waiting for others to be pulled back one by one. Have your tell me about a time stories ready to go. Speak confident and be pleasant. The technical questions on here are very accurate to... -

Interview was as described on this website. Whole experience was nothing but amazing. Flew in the night before, checked into hotel. I was apart of the 11:30 group so I had some extra time to prepare before the shuttle picked us up. Upon arriving all of the Endeavor crew is very accommodating and extremely friendly. They give you a company presentation, you go in for fingerprints and to get your picture taken, then we all just waited to be called into the interview room. Interview was with... -

Interview was very similar to everyone else's experience. I feel as though the interview was more to see if I was a good personality fit more than anything else. Be personable and friendly and you will do well. They asked me a few rapid fire technical questions, one of which I did not know the answer. They initially told me 2 weeks to hear back and I heard back two days later. Good... -

They are very friendly and welcoming. My interview had 1 Hiring representative and 2 pilots one from Delta and one captain at Endeavor. They asked questions, (view the study guide of this website). They then asked 2 tell me about a time questions use the study guides. Then 12 rapid fire technical questions. They had me brief an... -

The interview was exactly how people described it here. Show up in a suit and ready to go. Have your logbook tabbed out along with your resume and all required documents organized and ready. The day started with fingerprints and a presentation about the company. About half of the interview was HR-style TMAAT questions, along with a scenario-based question. After that came around 12â??15 rapid-fire technical questions. Definitely study using this website, and youâ??ll be in good shape. We...
