  • I attended an Event conference and did a M&G with Endeavor. 10 days later, I received a cold call to schedule a phone interview. The phone Interview was 2 days later. Phone Interview Questions: Working backwards, tell me about your jobs; why Endeavor; what was your favorite aircraft? Offered an interview and scheduled for it 10 days later. Received an email with a list of documents required: copies of all Certs needed, tab log books, etc, and interview expectations. Received a second email the following week with travel info, flight booked to/from, hotel at Mall of America, shuttle plans, and a Lyft code for 3 rides. Call the Endeavor number to ask questions. FO is on phone duty to answer questions if they are not in an interview. Printed my electronic logbook and took it to bind for $6. Tabbed out the printed logbook and my originals. Required documents were copied and put in a nice presentation folder (do not bind these). I flew into MSP, called the hotel for a shuttle, and checked in. There are two places attached to the hotel to eat dinner. The Hotel provided breakfast, and there is a...

The Endeavor Air pilot recruitment team is fantastic, and create a welcoming atmosphere for the interview. The other trip reports on this site accurately describe the experience, so study the questions and scenarios from the guides!. After attending WAI in March and having 3 friends at Delta write me letters of recommendation, I got the call from recruitment one week after WAI for a phone screen. Then I got a call two weeks later to schedule the in-person interview - I was out of the country...

I was flown down to the location of their headquarters the day before my interview and put up in a hotel. All travel and transport costs were covered. For the interview, me and two other applicants first were greeted and lead over to a guest waiting area where we could put out bags. After about 10 minutes we were lead to a conference room where we were shown a presentation on the company and potential benefits working for them. Once that was over we submitted our documents and logbooks for...

Very pleasant experience! Had an HR and FO for the interview portion. FO will ride in the shuttle with you to HQ. During interview, intros, then HR questions, followed by rapid fire technical, followed by a briefing approach plate (Jepp or FAA your choice) as well as a METAR and TAF. Whole experience from walking in the door then back out was approx 1.5...

Once you get to the hiring location you will wait in the lobby. They will collect your logbooks. Then you are pulled back into a conference room to fill out other paper work. Then are given a presentation by a FO, who was one of the interviewers that day. After the presentation you are walked over for fingerprints and a badge picture. Then they will pull you back for the interview. Itâ??s an HR rep and a FO. The HR rep went through my employment history and asked if there was anything else...

Overall process is exactly how others described on here. The interview was more conversational which was nice. Definitely study the questions on here and try to stay calm during the rapid fire technical because I definitely missed some softball style questions that I knew and should have gotten right. Big emphasis on personality and if they can sit next to you for four days. I was told Iâ??d hear back in 2-3 weeks but got the call a week later with a quick turnaround for class. Trust the...

The interview was a lot like what everyone else has stated, where I had the opportunity to discuss my background, training, and passion for aviation in a structured and conversational setting. The interview included both technical and behavioral components, allowing me to demonstrate my aeronautical knowledge, decision-making skills, and commitment to safety. During the technical portion, I worked through scenario-based questions and aircraft systems knowledge, where I was able to...

The interview was just like what everyone has mentioned. I had an internal letter from a current FO at Endeavor and another from a Captain at Delta, although I am not sure that one came through. My internal letter was from Feb, I did the phone interview in March, flown up to Minneapolis for the interview in April, and had the next day. Upon arrival you are checked in and then taken back for a power point covering Endeavor. It was very informative and the captain was great to talk to. She was...

Security guard greeted me and gave me a badge. Someone came to get me and I was given a presentation by the same captain that interviewed me. Fingerprints where taken then I was sat down with a captain and hr person for the interview. (view the study guide of this website? 2 TMAAT questions and 11 or 12 rapid fire questions. Everybody was super friendly which eased the nerves. Process took approximately 3.5hrs total. Currently waiting to hear...

The beginning part of the process is the exact same as others on this site: you walk in, get a visitor badge, watch a presentation, get finger-printed, and then you wait. I was with 3 other interviewees and I was the last one called. The interview is with two people: an HR rep and a pilot. The interview started with basic questions about my flight training, education, etc. As you talk about this, work in some reasons of why your training, education, experience, etc makes you stand out! They...

The Endeavor team in MN was extremely friendly and welcoming. They clearly want to hire everybody who they bring in to interview. As said, youâ??ll get an email with your flight and hotel information for the day before. Met at 0745 for the shuttle to HQ. We were taken to a conference room, handed in our documents, were given a company presentation, finger printed, and then waited to be called back in order of earliest flight out. Flow is as discussed by othersâ?¦ice breakers, TMAATs (x2),...
