  • I attended an Event conference and did a M&G with Endeavor. 10 days later, I received a cold call to schedule a phone interview. The phone Interview was 2 days later. Phone Interview Questions: Working backwards, tell me about your jobs; why Endeavor; what was your favorite aircraft? Offered an interview and scheduled for it 10 days later. Received an email with a list of documents required: copies of all Certs needed, tab log books, etc, and interview expectations. Received a second email the following week with travel info, flight booked to/from, hotel at Mall of America, shuttle plans, and a Lyft code for 3 rides. Call the Endeavor number to ask questions. FO is on phone duty to answer questions if they are not in an interview. Printed my electronic logbook and took it to bind for $6. Tabbed out the printed logbook and my originals. Required documents were copied and put in a nice presentation folder (do not bind these). I flew into MSP, called the hotel for a shuttle, and checked in. There are two places attached to the hotel to eat dinner. The Hotel provided breakfast, and there is a...

Pretty straightforward interview process- company presentation, HR-TMAAT, rapid fire, approach plates. Absolutely memorize the 300 + questions and answers here, thatâ??s all you need to prep for the rapid fire. Interview was exactly as detailed on this website. I came from out of town and was set up in a hotel the day before. I got shuttled to the headquarters the morning of. There were two of us interviewing. We were given a presentation about the company with complimentary snacks/drinks for us. We filled out some paperwork and gave our logbooks for review and then waited for around half an hour before we could begin the interview. Interview lasted for about 40 minutes. An HR representative and...

Was flown out to Minneapolis the day before the interview. Took a shuttle to the interview location the morning of interview from my hotel. Once I was there they took all of my documents to go and make copies, while I was given a presentation of the company and their benefits, starting pay, etc. After the presentation, I was taken to a room with a table and around 5 seats. I sat in there for around 45 minutes to an hour and then an HR representative and two first officers, the same that...

The whole process was straight forward. It started with a presentation about the company followed by any questions. During the presentation, a review of your logbook and all documents was conducted by HR. After the presentation, came the interview. The interview started off with introductions from HR and both FO's. They asked if you're familiar with the STAR method for answering TMAAT questions. The interview started off with background intro with questions consisting of what got you into...

This website is a tremendous resource, take your time studying each question and answer and make sure the content is correct. The interview process is straightforward and the interviewing members are great. I recommend learning the STAR format for the TMAAT questions and Other.  Be thorough and confident, take your time on the plate review and brief it like you would fly it in your airplane (ATIS, TOLD, BUILD IT, BUG IT, BRIEF IT, DESCENT CHECKLIST, BEFORE LANDING CHECKLISTS,...

The interview experience was great, just like what others have already described. It starting with my application online, then got a call to schedule the phone interview. That was about a week out. They asked me about my previous work experience, why Endeavor, tell me about your current job and the last flight you took, and verified all my eligibility. Took about 45 minutes and was very conversational. After the phone interview, it was about another week before I heard back scheduling my in...

The interview process was straightforward and well-structured. It began with introductions followed by a review of my training background, flight experience, and logbook. The panel asked clarifying questions about certain entries and endorsements to get a better sense of my progression as a pilot. From there, we moved into the HR portion, which consisted of several “Tell Me About a Time” (TMAAT) questions. I made sure to answer each in the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action,...

Canâ??t say anything about the interview that isnâ??t already in here. Great site to prepare, so use it to study. Make sure your TMAATs highlight you and their values as I believe thatâ??s where they make their decisions. Technical is straight forward. Good...

The interview process was very similar to the ones described on this website. Began with a phone screening a few weeks before the actual interview. The screening talked briefly about flight hours, my background, and why Endeavor. Then, a few weeks later, the in-person interview. I was flown out to Minnesota and went for my interview the next morning. Started with a document review check, then a presentation about Endeavor with some personal backstory from the pilots, where you can ask...

  11. The technical interview portion was spot on and incredibly helpful!
