I attended an Event conference and did a M&G with Endeavor. 10 days later, I received a cold call to schedule a phone interview. The phone Interview was 2 days later. Phone Interview Questions: Working backwards, tell me about your jobs; why Endeavor; what was your favorite aircraft? Offered an interview and scheduled for it 10 days later. Received an email with a list of documents required: copies of all Certs needed, tab log books, etc, and interview expectations. Received a second email the following week with travel info, flight booked to/from, hotel at Mall of America, shuttle plans, and a Lyft code for 3 rides. Call the Endeavor number to ask questions. FO is on phone duty to answer questions if they are not in an interview. Printed my electronic logbook and took it to bind for $6. Tabbed out the printed logbook and my originals. Required documents were copied and put in a nice presentation folder (do not bind these). I flew into MSP, called the hotel for a shuttle, and checked in. There are two places attached to the hotel to eat dinner. The Hotel provided breakfast, and there is a...

Enjoyable experience. The interview was exactly as described by others. The study guide section was phenomenal, I was prepared. Flew in the night before, took the 11:30am shuttle the following morning. It began with a company information session, then continued with fingerprinting and a photo. Waited for my interview; there were two pilots and one HR representative. 3 TMAAT's, 1 scenario involving an unprofessional captain, 15 rapid fire technicals, read out a METAR & TAF, determined if... -

My experience was similar to how others described theirs. The morning of the interview I took a shuttle with 1 other interviewee. After arriving at our destination we checked in at the front desk and then were taken to another room to give our documents and sign some forms. Everyone was very nice! Next we waited in the lobby for our interviews. My interview board consisted of an HR representative, an FO with Endeavor, and a DO with Delta. The study guide is very straight forward on... -

Very similar experience as others have stated. Interviewed with 3 other individuals. Signed paperwork, finger printed, and was shown company presentation in conference room in the back. Afterwards, sent back out to the lobby to wait for interview. Was very last to interview so waited around an hour before I was called. In the interview it felt very casual and comfortable, almost like a normal conversation. Had an HR person, Endeavor FO, and Delta CA. Tell me about yourself, your flight... -

Just like everyone else had said I was flown in and stayed at a very nice hotel, day of the interview I met the other candidates in the lobby and took the shuttle to the interview location. We sat down and left our luggage at the front and was brought back for some paper work then an informative presentation about the company. After that we were brought back for fingerprints and photos, then was brought back to the front and waited for the interview. The interview started with inductions... -

My experience was similar to how others described theirs. The morning of the interview I took a shuttle with 2 other interviewees, and a CA from Endeavor who was part of my interview board. We didnâ??t make conversation with the CA, and I wouldnâ??t recommend forcing a conversation. After arriving at our destination we checked in at the front desk and then were taken to another room to give our documents and sign some forms. Everyone was very nice! Next we waited in the lobby for our... -

Exactly how everyone else said it was going to go. Was told to take the 11:45am shuttle to the HR building. When I got there, there was one other interviewee. We had some time to chit chat before being called back for a quick presentation while our documents were looked over, then had our fingerprints taken. Then waited about 5 min and I was called back for the interview. It goes exactly how you would expect from what is discussed here. They lay out everything for you. Make sure to be... -

The Endeavor Air pilot recruitment team is fantastic, and create a welcoming atmosphere for the interview. The other trip reports on this site accurately describe the experience, so study the questions and scenarios from the guides!. After attending WAI in March and having 3 friends at Delta write me letters of recommendation, I got the call from recruitment one week after WAI for a phone screen. Then I got a call two weeks later to schedule the in-person interview - I was out of the country... -

I was flown down to the location of their headquarters the day before my interview and put up in a hotel. All travel and transport costs were covered. For the interview, me and two other applicants first were greeted and lead over to a guest waiting area where we could put out bags. After about 10 minutes we were lead to a conference room where we were shown a presentation on the company and potential benefits working for them. Once that was over we submitted our documents and logbooks for... -

Very pleasant experience! Had an HR and FO for the interview portion. FO will ride in the shuttle with you to HQ. During interview, intros, then HR questions, followed by rapid fire technical, followed by a briefing approach plate (Jepp or FAA your choice) as well as a METAR and TAF. Whole experience from walking in the door then back out was approx 1.5...
