I attended an Event conference and did a M&G with Endeavor. 10 days later, I received a cold call to schedule a phone interview. The phone Interview was 2 days later. Phone Interview Questions: Working backwards, tell me about your jobs; why Endeavor; what was your favorite aircraft? Offered an interview and scheduled for it 10 days later. Received an email with a list of documents required: copies of all Certs needed, tab log books, etc, and interview expectations. Received a second email the following week with travel info, flight booked to/from, hotel at Mall of America, shuttle plans, and a Lyft code for 3 rides. Call the Endeavor number to ask questions. FO is on phone duty to answer questions if they are not in an interview. Printed my electronic logbook and took it to bind for $6. Tabbed out the printed logbook and my originals. Required documents were copied and put in a nice presentation folder (do not bind these). I flew into MSP, called the hotel for a shuttle, and checked in. There are two places attached to the hotel to eat dinner. The Hotel provided breakfast, and there is a...

They fly us out to MSP. Sounds like all of us arrived the day before just after noon. There was 4 of us in the morning interview, hotel was fairly decent. You will watch a presentation about Endeavor (Some HR stuff), this was given by a Delta pilot ex. Endeavor. After fingerprints and Id photos (They have the intention to hire you, don't give them a reason not to) After that we waited for our interviews. 2 at a time. The interview consists of. 3 HR Questions, About 15 Rapid Fire questions,... -

Enjoyable experience. The interview was exactly as described by others. The study guide section was phenomenal, I was prepared. Flew in the night before, took the 11:30am shuttle the following morning. It began with a company information session, then continued with fingerprinting and a photo. Waited for my interview; there were two pilots and one HR representative. 3 TMAAT's, 1 scenario involving an unprofessional captain, 15 rapid fire technicals, read out a METAR & TAF, determined if... -

My experience was similar to how others described theirs. The morning of the interview I took a shuttle with 1 other interviewee. After arriving at our destination we checked in at the front desk and then were taken to another room to give our documents and sign some forms. Everyone was very nice! Next we waited in the lobby for our interviews. My interview board consisted of an HR representative, an FO with Endeavor, and a DO with Delta. The study guide is very straight forward on... -

Very similar experience as others have stated. Interviewed with 3 other individuals. Signed paperwork, finger printed, and was shown company presentation in conference room in the back. Afterwards, sent back out to the lobby to wait for interview. Was very last to interview so waited around an hour before I was called. In the interview it felt very casual and comfortable, almost like a normal conversation. Had an HR person, Endeavor FO, and Delta CA. Tell me about yourself, your flight... -

Flown in to MSP at 4:00, had the evening to study, explore the local area, and get a good night rest. The morning of I took the 745 shuttle to the Delta building. There were 2 other candidates interviewing. Started with collecting documents, followed by a company presentation. After that we had our fingerprints taken as well as a photo. Everyone was super kind and treated you like it was your job to lose. We waited in the lobby for us to be called one by one for the interview. I was the last... -

Overall very great experience - flew in the day prior and spent the day at the hotel. Shuttle picked us up at 7:30 and took us to the building where it started with some paperwork, a company presentation, and then finger printing and getting our picture taken. Once called back, there was an HR Rep and 1 Endeavor pilot and 1 Delta pilot. Interview started off going through training/ education/ work history, and then 2 TMAAT questions. After those I was given a scenario with a captain in which... -

My experience was exactly the same as all the others. Prepare using this site (itâ??s accurate), practice the TMAAT answers out loud to yourself, study the technical questions, use common sense in the scenarios, and trust yourself when under pressure. Just be you. You are in the interview for a reason and no interview is perfect. See you on the other... -

Just like everyone else had said I was flown in and stayed at a very nice hotel, day of the interview I met the other candidates in the lobby and took the shuttle to the interview location. We sat down and left our luggage at the front and was brought back for some paper work then an informative presentation about the company. After that we were brought back for fingerprints and photos, then was brought back to the front and waited for the interview. The interview started with inductions... -

My experience was similar to how others described theirs. The morning of the interview I took a shuttle with 2 other interviewees, and a CA from Endeavor who was part of my interview board. We didnâ??t make conversation with the CA, and I wouldnâ??t recommend forcing a conversation. After arriving at our destination we checked in at the front desk and then were taken to another room to give our documents and sign some forms. Everyone was very nice! Next we waited in the lobby for our...
