The interview process was like what everyone has said in previous write ups. Everyone there was very friendly and were rooting for you to succeed. The first day involved drug testing, cog, psych and job knowledge tests. I felt that the first two tests weren't too bad but the job knowledge test was a beast. Everyone walked out feeling as though they had failed. I did a lot of study preparing for the test and I felt as though most of what I studied wasn't on the test. However, apparently I prepped well enough as I got invited back for day two of the interview. I was in the morning go and... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

  1. Aug 23, 2019 Interview was as described by previous reviews on here. Study up and be prepared and be yourself. It was a very professional and friendly staff guiding us all throughout the interview process. Be sure to review extensively for the technical test. The information is nothing that you have not seen just material you have not read over in probably quite a while.  I prepped for day 1. Day 2 consisted of the HR panel and SBI. Those were both as advertised and just remember to be yourself and... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Aug 05, 2019 Interview was as advertised on any gouge. For HR portion, just relax and let them get to know you. Don’t sound too prepped. Especially if you used a prep service. SBI was straightforward. Make a decision! Debrief is just as important. I studied for about 3 weeks for the Day 1 stuff. Make sure you understand concepts, don’t memorize knowledge test... 3. Aug 05, 2019 Overall great experience! Definitely lots of self-induced stress, but, hey, I really wanted the job! The FedEx folks are really friendly and they do their best to have you remain calm. They know you are excited and nervous. They really want you to do the best you can. If you have made it to the interview, they really do want to hire you! Keep calm, smile, be friendly, be interesting, and be ready to show them how much you want to be apart of the FedEx team. I used 2 services that... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. The information provided here was a good guide to the process. Be yourself. Don't make stuff up. Think safety. Sim evaluation was the toughest part. If you have an opportunity to fly raw data more, do it. Look through your resume and expect questions about why you made decisions. For me, it was a demanding process. Looking back I enjoyed it, everyone was great. This is an incredible team and I am excited that I'll be apart of that. Personally, this will be my last career move, I... 6. Interview went great. Everyone is there and they're all rooting for you to pass. Cog testing was very difficult but you need to press on. The CRM exercise was very stressful Time can get away from you. Even when you think you made a great call, they change something to see all you adapt. Overall, a great... 7. It was tough. They used my initial application which had both a GPA error and a misspelled word, both of which I’d fixed a month prior but they didn’t want to see it. There were no TMAAT questions, but more scenario based questions, (view the study guide of this website).   It was intense and I felt like I was being looked at as if I was sloppy on my application, and that set the tone for the 45... 8. Day 1 testing; JKT, Cog and personality. About 3 hours to complete. If successful invited back for day two. Day 2, panel interview and SBI. I used services for my prep. Well worth the money. All of the other gouges in here are spot on so I won’t bore you with the tiny details. Overall it was a great... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. I found the testing to be straightforward. If you study the items from the test outline on the application, and know the concepts, you’ll do fine. The interview itself was tough. The SBI folks are good at what they do. Have a good decision making process, the scenario doesn’t really matter IMO. Pilot panel was medium stress...make sure you’ve done your homework about the company. Great experience overall, I’m thrilled to be... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Day 1: Showed up at requested time and met with four other applicants. There was supposedly to be 6 of us, but FedEx said that one didn't show. We were given a quick tour of the facility, to include those areas where we'd be going if we made it to Day 2. Soon before we began the testing, we were brought to an area where we witnessed the First Day Indoc for the newest group of hired pilots. They were all dressed up in suits, and guests were wearing pretty formal attire. It certainly... Continue reading this interview experience
