Submitted application early Fall - contacted by email a week later with a link to schedule a virtual interview. After scheduling the interview later that day received another email with the computer assessment. I did not think I did well on the assessment... kept crashing trying to fly thru the moving mouse holes. Couldn't understand the English assessment using too many of the...

AON assessments before interview, some questions were easy and some were not. If you play video games you will have an easy time with it. Interview was over teams and lasted about 10 minutes with Chief pilot, line pilot, and HR. Very laid back interview, they asked all the questions from the other interviews on this website. They also asked my history and about the avionics in the plane I currently fly. Got the job offer 1 week after... -

It was a pretty straightforward interview. They asked if I am cool with 15 on and 15 off schedule. I was asked a few questions, (view the study guide of this website). I guess they didn't ask many technical questions since I have already met the recruiter on one of the Aviation expos and they knew I am working at a Regional and already flying a... -

Director of Training asked if I was comfortable with AQP training and it only being 6 weeks. Then they said Iâ??d hear by the end of the week. The following week I was emailed with... -

Started with a skills test a few days before the interview (similar to AA and Delta). Interview was 20 minutes on teams. Very straightforward. Just HR questions, Why Kalitta?, and questions about previous training failures. Heard back about 3 days later with the job offer. Kalitta seems like a fantastic place to work if you are ok with the... -
