The interview started 8 minutes late. The meeting code is correct, just be patient. The interview was the Chief Pilot, the Director of Training, and the head of HR. Then they went over some of my resume items. CP asked about my hours and recency. HR asked 2 questions, (view the study guide of this website). Director of Training asked if I was comfortable with AQP training and it only being 6 weeks. Then they said Iâ??d hear by the end of the week. The following week I was emailed with... -

They were a little late to the call, but once they got there, it was mostly the chief pilot asking a few questions about where I'm willing to fly to. Also asked about my prior work experience and why I chose them instead of somewhere else. HR only asked two questions that were... -

Started with a skills test a few days before the interview (similar to AA and Delta). Interview was 20 minutes on teams. Very straightforward. Just HR questions, Why Kalitta?, and questions about previous training failures. Heard back about 3 days later with the job offer. Kalitta seems like a fantastic place to work if you are ok with the... -

After applying, it took about a month before hearing anything. The interview was done via Teams. There were three interviewers: the HR Chief Pilot and a line holder captain. The whole interview lasted less than 10 minutes. I was asked a HR type questions, view the study guide of this website. I was in the military before starting my aviation career. They asked me about that and why I chose the branch I did. I interviewed on a Wednesday and was told I would hear back before the end of... -

Overall, interview was like the study guide. It was three people in a conference room and we went over introductions, then started asking questions, (view the study guide of this website). Asked if I was OK doing a seven week training program while doing CBT? And a couple of other questions from the study guide. Overall interview was straightforward and... -

Interview was exactly what I read on this website. 10-15 minutes on teams. Chief pilot, training director, and HR. Why Kalitta. Talked about checkride cfi failure. Schedule at Kalitta. And that was literally it, the rest was just chit chat. Wear a suit, be prepared to talk about everything on your resume. I've talked to a few pilots who currently work for Kalitta and they all love it. It's a fantastic place to... -

Submitted application early Fall - contacted by email a week later with a link to schedule a virtual interview. After scheduling the interview later that day received another email with the computer assessment. I did not think I did well on the assessment... kept crashing trying to fly thru the moving mouse holes. Couldn't understand the English assessment using too many of the replays. Had no idea what shape was supposed to be in which box. Interview over MS Teams, consisted of 3... -

I was contacted to schedule an interview approximately a month after submitting the initial application. The interview was conducted by three interviewers: one HR, one pilot recruitment, and one from the chief pilot's training department. The interview lasted for 9 minutes. Each person asked about 3-4 questions, some TMAAT and some yes/no legal questions. It was so short I thought I had said something wrong. I received a call on the Monday after the interview, offering me the position and to... -
