Applied March 31st, invited on April 13th to a virtual interview on May 6th. Provided documents and flight times by email prior to interview and took AON Assessment. You can log into the testing website that Kalitta gives you and see what tests you will take, and then practice and study for those tests. You'll save yourself a bunch of time.
