The interview was via Teams. It was with the Chief Pilot and an HR rep. It lasted less than 10 minutes and afterwards I thought I should have asked questions, but they only schedule 15 minutes and I think they are going through a list of applicants as efficiently as possible. Applied March 31st, invited on April 13th to a virtual interview on May 6th. Provided documents and flight times by email prior to interview and took AON Assessment. You can log into the testing website that Kalitta gives you and see what tests you will take, and then practice and study for those tests. You'll save yourself a bunch of time.
