HR person was busy and left the interview almost immediately. Spent the next 2 hours with the Chief Pilot. Interview was completely relaxed and more like a conversation. Asked a lot of questions, which are listed on this site. Quite a bit of weather, especially METAR abbreviations. Know BR, GR, PL, SN, and most others. Interview began by talking with the HR Director regarding my flight experience, TMAAT, etc. and then transitioned to a conversation with the Chief Pilot. This included several technical questions that were essentially discussed in the gouge and a discussion of several systems on the aircraft I'd flown most recently (E175). Since I'm local to the area I was called in for an in-person interview at their Denver HQ. Upon arriving I was met by Hillary who gave me a tour of the facilities before leading me to a conference room.
