I received a call about four weeks after submitting my application. As previously stated in other gouges very simple 30 minute conversation, TMAAT questions, and background stuff. I was told I would hear back in a week on if I would advance to next phase, but I actually received invite email within hours of finishing phone call interview. A week later I did the video conference interview, once again no surprises this gouge really prepared me well. Always show off your customer service mindset, attention to safety, and strong knowledge of the company. The video conference lasted an hour I used my iphone, and had three people taking turns... 1. Mar 14, 2024 I heard from their recruiting department within hours of submitting my application on the company website and scheduled the earliest available teams interview which was about 10 days out. I had an internal recommendation from an old friend. The HR questions in the study guide are spot on and will prepare you well. Every day leading up to it, I would pick three questions from the study guide and “interview” myself. The questions I picked on the day of my interview happened to be... 2. Mar 14, 2024 The process started with the phone screen which was pretty standard with questions surrounding TMAAT and customer service questions. This lasted about 5 mins I was then informed that i was successful and would be recommended to the in person interview.. everything on the study guide prepared me for the questions which were asked. The in person was as previously stated by other applicants you had a tour of the facility and the operation explained very professional and they ensured they did... 3. Mar 14, 2024 The interview was more of a conversation than anything formal. We started with the basic “Why NetJets questions” then from there it seemed like the interviewer spent more time trying to sell me on the company than anything. After which he spent the remainder of the time letting me ask questions. Of the group of interviewees, I was the only one with turbine time as well which may have made it easier. I guess we’ll see when they get back to me if that is actually is the case... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Mar 14, 2024 Extremely professional process. Netjets really does a wonderful job. From the initial video conference to the in person interview the process is seemless. The gouges here are very accurate, follow them. Chair fly with your sim partner the night before. My sim partner had jet experience and I was able to pick his brain, that was really helpful. He helped me with the appropriate power settings and gave advice on when he thought the throttles should be pulled back in order to not exceed the... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Mar 07, 2024 Overall, a really great experience and a very long day (especially if your everyday has you living a few time zones behind). Was given an itinerary two days before which consisted of a tour (this is a good time to ask questions), lunch (they provide it for you), a presentation over the benefits package, then log book review, sim, and interview. The logbook review is very thorough -- I would recommend printing out and binding an electronic logbook, I heard the people who only brought paper... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Mar 07, 2024 I was fortunate enough to be in the first interview group. The shuttle picked me and my sim partner up from the hotel at 7:30am and took us to flight safety for our sim eval, (view the Sim/Scenario section in the study guide of this website).  A shuttle then took us to a wedding venue they booked out for interviews. I started with logbook review while my partner went for HR. For the logbook review pay close attention to the sheet they send out in the email. They will go by each line and... 7. Mar 07, 2024 First of all let me start by saying the interview process was an amazing experience and NetJets has a really great operation going on in Columbus. I applied on their website and got a response a day or two later to set up a virtual interview. This interview was mainly “Tell me about a time…” and “Why NetJets” type questions. All HR, no technical. Wear a suit! At the conclusion of that I was invited to fly to Columbus 2 weeks later for the in person portion. The... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Mar 07, 2024 Interviews are as most describe. Laid back and mostly HR questions. Sim session is all about... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Mar 06, 2024 Submitted my application through their website and received an email reply from a HR representative the very next day. We scheduled an HR teams meeting to go over the position available and I got asked simple TMAAT questions. Not hard at all. Be polite, dress nice, and look professional on this meeting. Before I even hung up, I got asked to come down to Ohio for the 2nd part of interview. I traveled down the very next week. They pay your airline down, pay your hotel and put you in a very... 10. Mar 01, 2024 Applied online. Took about 4 days to receive an email to set up a Teams interview. Took the early slot available for the Teams interview which was 2 weeks out. Day of the interview, HR personnel asked me to walk through my resume and asked 3 TMAAT questions then followed by basic Yes/No HR questions. Lasted a total of 15 mins. 5 Days after the Teams interview, received an email that they had decided to move forward with other applicants. Which kind of surprised me as I'm currently typed on... Very in depth info of the process and questions. Basically fool proof. I really couldn’t imagine it being more helpful or simpler.
